The Castillo de Elba is situated in the Costa Antigua development in Fuerteventura. It has easy access to all of the island's attractions and enjoys a splendid coastline. The 169 one bedroom apartments and studios make it an ideal place for families and people that love sports. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, situated in the heart of the complex and surrounded by gardens with typical plants from the Canary Islands.

In a quiet location about 3km from the main town. Free bus daily every few hours. Or a 40min walk along the seafront promanade.
We had self catering, which is perfectly adequate with 2 rings, microwave, fridze/freezer.
Rooms are clean, big, maybe a little dated. Beds changed weekly, cleaned every day, towels changed every other day.
Overall, for the price a good choice if you want a quiet location as a base.
Not a good location if you want lots of entertainmant and nightlife.

“ This Hotel is in major need of renovation . For what we required it for was Ideal just a crash pad which reflected in the price. Did not use any facilities so can't comment on that

“ This was a very boring hotel. There wasn't any entertainment at all. The kids were all bored in the evening but the pool was lively during the day. 8 children got ear infections and all us parents blame the unclean pools. They weren't cleaned while we were there and the kids pool was almost milk colour! The area was just a derelict building site and my youngest son said it looked like an apocalypse and he was right. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were clean but needed updating the sheets had holes in them and the towels were ancient and frayed. The food was the same every day and it didn't have any labels on it at all so everyone was sniffing the food and it looked terrible. Would never go again! Sorry for those who have yet to go. Also the staff from other hotels were living in this one and at meal times they took alot of tables up and guests had to queue this is unacceptable especially when young children are waiting to eat the staff didn't help with this at all.
