“ enjoyed our hol but with having freak weather for 3 days of 42 degrees there was only one place to get in the shade that was inside ,we did request parasols but to be told they had 10 on order no good should be there .Rooms clean ,food ok entertainment not good but this is a cheap and cheerfull hotel ,5 min walk took you to a free bus to the shopping precinct and taxi back was just 3-35 euros no too bad .

“ We really like this hotel its the 2nd time we have stayed this year. We took the no.3 bus from the airport to the hotel its just a short walk to the hotel about 100yds and cost only 1.30E each. Our plane landed at 11.45 and by 12.30 we were in our room.(I e.mailed the hotel our ETA) We were in room 234 all balcony's over look the pool area in the main building but there are bungalows behind the pool and these would be better (quieter)if travelling with children, but we had no problem with noise. The hotel needs a little updating but its clean and the staff are very friendly.We stayed AI and have no complaints about anything food was plentiful and always found a dish we liked particularly enjoyed the fish dishes. The holiday cost us just under £500 altogether very reasonable and we feel we got excellent value for money. If you want 5* then you have to pay for it. We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to go back again later in the year.

“ Top Tip: A free bus from Hotel Elba into Caleta de fuste or you can walk there is a lovely footpath along the sea front dotted with benches and take a bit of bread or fruit and you will have the chipmunks eating out of your hand.

“ This is my second visit to Costa Tropical. Me and my husband came for 4 nights in January, and we decided to return with our children age 4 and a half and 19 months this May for 7 nights. We once again enjoyed our stay. 10/10 for cleanliness. 10/10 for evening entertainment. The only negative for me was that the kids club was hardly open, and the mini disco was at 9:00pm. A little late for a mini disco as most nights my kids where fast asleep by then. Food is always tasty, not a massive range, but always something tasty to eat! Staff as friendly and helpful as ever. I always say, if you book the cheapest All Inclusive hotel in Fuerteventura go with low expectations, then you can only be happy!

“ Top Tip: Free bus into the main time. Bus times at reception. We went to a fabulous Tapas bar in the town by the taxi rank, fabulous, very authentic.

“ It is very basic if u haven't paid for 5 star u can't expect it. But it is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool and surrounding areas are clean. Food is ok for breakfast and lunch but will prob need to eat out at night. Good Irish bar round corner, good food , tv screens for footie etc. main centre approx 3 euros in a taxi, Aberdeen Angus restaurant does 3 courses for E 7.95. Place is adequate for cheap getaway. Main thing is can't get any spirits, cocktails etc until approx 3.30 wen main bar opens, u have to keep going in restaurant where you help yourselves to beer, wine and soft drinks.
