I realy like staying in this hotel. I have now stayed there 3 or 4 times I am not sure. I love the walk along the route beside the sea past the chipmunks to caleta del fuste and I enjoy the exercise and even running. No chance of getting lazy when the beach is so far away. I am avery familiar with the area so know all the shops beaches etc. Weather this time was reasonable and of course I know how to use two sunbeds as a windbreak. I prefer to self cater so I know by now where to buy what and which shops are best value and sell what I am looking for. If you are not sure about spanish wines it may be safestto go rose.

Top Tip: the windbreak is a good one you can use your own lilo it is much cheaper.

This is the second occasion we have visited this hotel complex and apart from a reduced number of staff, which made little or no difference to our comfort, we found it to be an extemely relaxing and friendly place to stay.
As there is very little on site entertainment, I would feel this is not suitable for the younger clients who enjoy nightlife etc.
Older people should feel good here as they are treated with the utmost of kindness and respect from the staff, who are only too pleased to help with any requirements.

Top Tip: The beach at Caletta de Fuste is excellent with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
This is a 30 minute walk for the fitter guests or a 5 minute taxi ride costing about 4 euros for those feeling a 1 mile walk is too strenuous.
Thoroughly enjoyable holiday on both occasions and we are both in our 50's.

The only thing good about this hotel was Daniela the receptionist. She was very friendly and seem to run the place. As for the rest of the hotel and apartments, they are in desperate need of not only refurbishment, but a general clean. Windows in the communal areas have been broken and no one bothers to fix it. The food is dull, repetitive, either overcooked or undercooked with no variety and no nutrition. Every other thing was always out of stock or out of order. The 'pride' of the hotel is a large glass piramid over the reception, communal chairs and bar. This is dirty and the frame completely rusted.

The 'all inclusive' bar finishes at 10pm, but from 10am when you can get something from the bar they are very stingy with their measurements! There is an indoor bar & one by the pool, but they are never manned so you'd have to wait up to 20 min for someone to notice you (we even tried to serve ourselves, but then it's only larger or coke cola). Although the apartment itslef is fairly clean, the matresses was awful (hard & lumpy) and the enamal on the bath is coming off. The little hot water tank for the shower only lasts for half of one shower. The patio door must have been forced before as it didn't fit properly in the frame and the only view is of building sites and rubish.

Looking at the hotel from Google earth it appeared as if there are places being built around it, but be warned it's not a new development. Everything is half built and for sale and what was complete has now shut down. There is absolutely no entertaining at the hotel. The only entertainment was a man with a CD player who started singing only on Friday nights and interestingly only at 10pm when the all inclusive finishes.

If you still want to go there...don't stay at this hotel for longer than a week and DO hire a car.

Top Tip: There's a lovely Chinese restaurant two minutes walk away.

Worst all inclusive I have ever been on to far out nothing to do but worst of all food was at times inedable one description from some one was dog food past excellent discription. We had to eat out a lot. The bar was like an opion den no where for smoke to escape therefor even this side was no good for non smokers as they could not even enjoy a drink. I would never go here again and would NEVER recomend it to any one.
I understand you get what you pay for but in this case we certainly did not. The only saving grace was the staff were very good. Sorry but we felt robbed . My husband could not believe I said I could not eat the food as I always manage to find something.

Top Tip: The chinese the only one near us was very good but even that you had to walk as distance in the dark.

The hotel was as expected for a 2 star self catering hotel, not much equipment to make food with in the apartment but didn't bother us!! I felt that it was a fantastic place to go as a couple to stroll around the area but as a big group it lacked abit of life to entertain yourselves but wasnt too far to walk to caletta about 40 minutes which is enough walking for me!!!!taxis were around £4 to get back from there which was reasonable split between us. Staff were fantastic and very helpful if needed, made an effort to make you welcome! Not far from the airport about 10 minutes away which was great. Food was quite expensive compared to england, it was around £6 for a jacket potato but you have to eat so it was tuff!!Weather was good for this time of year warmer than home anyway!!! Still able to sunbathe in your bikini and not wrap up in thermals so if you want a cheap, relaxing, warm xmas or new year i would definately come here again!! Just a shame you have to go back to reality!!!

Top Tip: If your missing home there was a lovely english chip shop called "the chippy" 10 minutes away near mustang sally's and bits and pieces english shop!!
