Had a great time, lovely hotel. Staff very friendly & helpful, cleanliness very good, beach beautiful. Animation team very friendly but we thought that their Sketch show on the Sunday night let them down! My boyfriend loved all about the hotel but would say the gym resistance equipment needs a desperste update.
We have already decided that we would like to holiday there again. Many other guests that stayed there said the same as us. Mostly Italian & German guests were staying at the hotel & we liked that fact.
Really great holiday & hotel. Only one thing would like to add is that the room had ants in, which is the only negative comment we have.
“ Top Tip: The beach is great! Feeding the African squirrels great fun for all of the family. We walked south on beach along the coast to the lighthouse at Jandia, which was lovely!

“ We couldn't believe it when we first arrived - it looked magnificent. We honestly thought we were out of our league here but it was fantastic. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty - everything you could want was there - in bucketfulls. The only drawback is the steep slope to the beach - okay on the way down but, if you are a bit unsteady on your feet - a toil on the way back. Then again, you are on holiday - it's not a race to get back to the hotel so just walk slower and enjoy the surroundings..!! We will definately return - many thanks.
“ Top Tip: If you like walking, there is a hill about 600m or so from the hotel - it takes an hour to reach the top and the views are stunning. You can also walk to Jandia along the beach - again around an hours walk. Be aware that the beaches are used by naturists so if you have children, you might want to take the bus instead..!!

the hotel was clean and well presented the reception, bar and resturant staff were polite and personable, however the entertainments team were little short of disgracefull, to say that English was an afterthought was kind, they were dismisive and sometimes close to eude(one day when we did aquagym ) and for that reason alone we are very unlikely to return to this hotel.
We also had aproblem in our room with an infestation of ants , which was resolved by leaving us a tin of bug spray to deal with them as the ants returned each day, hardly a 4 star solution??
Food was generally good , if somewhat repeatative
Bit let down on the whole im sorry to say
Plus point clean well staffed except the entertainments staff and a great view out to sea
“ Top Tip: TOP TIP, you can eat one night at the "EL RINCON" spannish restuarent but it must be booked we left it too late as it is only open Saturday and Sunday so book your day as soon as you arrive

“ Good hotel in beautiful position - long sandy beaches and miles of dunes. Well kept and maintained. All inclusive with a wide variety of dishes at all meal times. Friendly and helpful staff. I personally missed an outside area reserved for non-smokers, but it would not prevent me from spending another holiday there.

“ The hotel is good, don't be put off by your first impressions, it definitely grows on you! We had an upstairs apartment which was great as we had a sun terrace which was a suntrap and very private which was great for sunbathing.

Built in 1999, this hotel offers a total of 101 rooms spread over 2 floors, of which 13 are suites and 88 are double rooms. The building is equipped with a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. There is also a laundry service available to round off the hotel's facilities.
“ The hotel staff were the friendliest i have ever encountered especially Alvarez the barman & Andres the restaurant manager. The only negative comments Ican make are that the food could have been a bit hotter and that we were asked to pay 35 euros each for the christmas dinner.

The Costa Tropical Apts, with its views of the coast, has 90 apartments all with pool view and 53 bungalows with a small garden area, balcony or terrace, living room, separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. The apartments surround a large swimming pool which is 65 metres long and a separate children’s pool. The apartments are the perfect place where you can relax and enjoy all the facilities. The Costa Tropical Apts offers clients the opportunity to prepare meals in their apartment or enjoy the all inclusive buffet with cold and warm buffet meals. Bar-Salon Service: offers drinks as per the all inclusive programme but international brands have to be paid for.
“ We enjoyed the stroll into Caleta de Fuste mainly downhill or flat feeding the chipmunks on the way, a pint or two (two euro was most paid) then taxi back 4 people 3 euro. Or we took the free bus to Atlantica shopping centre very nice shops.
