Good points -
Food was a high standard and restaurants and bar areas were tastefully furnished.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Twin room with extra bed was large, clean, attractive and it had a true side sea view as booked, with a particularly large balcony.
Distance to shops and bars etc were within easy walking distance and taxi s if required were plentiful.
Entertainment was good and typical of a canarian 4 star hotel.
Not so good points -
Disappointed in size of pool area which we found a bit too cramped for the number of guests the hotel accommodates, though this may have been worse than usual as hotel was full.
Impossible to get sunbeds unless prepared to get up very early. Ie we set alarm for 6.30 one day to try to get a spot, but as we get up for work at 6 most days thought this ridiculous and resorted after that to go to the beach instead, which was fab, clean with great waves. Down part was we had to pay 12 euros for 2 beds and a brolly each day. Reason couldnt get sunbeds was because people were reserving with towels and other items, though then leaving empty till a lot later in the morning. Hotel tried to enforce rules on this but to be honest were fighting a losing battle from what we could see, though they did try.
Hotel was occupied, when we were there, near completely by Germans. Didnt hear an english voice the whole 9 nights we were there. Kids entertainers were German and Spanish and evening entertainment was spoken in German only most evenings.
Saying this we did have a very enjoyable holiday. Have stayed in an Iberostar Hotel before in Lanzarote and we find them a good 4 star standard in general.

“ Top Tip: book a sea view room! and make sure transfers are included if you are not renting a car! would also recommend to go all inclusive!
