For the All Inclusive price here you will not find a better, cleaner more attentive hotel. Yes if you go alone as I did you will probably be the only English guest.
However, make the effort and you will be just fine. Interact with the staff and you will be remembered and spoilt every day.
Because it is a mostly German Hotel (and resort) you will find that any complaining has already been done and problems sorted before you even notice them.
Food very good and varied with lots of choice at each meal. Do claim a table before you get your food if its busy though as currently only one dining room is open with the other closed for refurbishment.
Drinks and bar service great once you know the system. Stand in front of the bar staff to get your drink or they will never get to you when its busy. Once they know you they will even pass yours through the throng as they multitask.
Rooms spotless everyday with clean towels every day if you want them.
Evening entertainment is not something you will remember, it is amusingly dire.
It only lasts about an hour.
Only huge critisism is E42.50 has to be handed over if you wish to use the room safe. E20 is refundable deposit but doesnt leave much to actually put in it. I didnt find it necessary here but thats just my feeling for the place.
Do book this hotel.

Top Tip:
Everybody seems to walk up and down the shoreline all day. Main beach is fine for space but there is no shelter from the wind.
Turn left out of the hotel if you like shelter and privacy and at the end of the promenade follow the cliffs (avoid high tide if you have children with you) and keep going til you find a spot you like. There are stone shelters etc here and if you are in the right place there are chipmunks who will keep you entertained. If you sit still they will happily sit on you and eat from your hand. They do squabble though so you may get nipped by accident.
Evening entertainment is not something you will remember, it is amusingly dire.
It only lasts about an hour, time to pop out to the Boot and Ball for a Guinness (10 mins away) and a chat if you really can't or wont mix well in the hotel.

Hotel was much better than I expected and was very good value for what I paid. I had opted for a room in the 3 star hotel... as I have to consider budget. And so was delighted to find that all guests eat in the 4 star hotel. I stayed half board. The breakfasts were excellent- buffet style full English, continental meats, cheeses fruit, yogurts cakes , pastries, breads , spreads ,a special diet counter of low fat produce at the far end of the restaurant which even included sparkling wine every morning. ... Fruit juice out of the machine was not watery like it so often is in hotels , but nice and juicy!! Coffee from machine also better than many hotels I have stayed in too! Evening meals were a similar buffet style. Always a roast(Chicken, Duck or Pork on different nights). One night there was steak which was tender. Another night there were mussels and cooked prawns. Vegetables a bit dissappointing sometimes. Always Canarian Potatoes and chips or rice dishes. Good selection of cold desserts. Sometimes cheeses too. Water was free to half board in dining room.. which is unusual in a hotel, I thought.
Most people were staying All Inclusive. I would have been disappointed that wine was quite mediocre red or white on draught, or Sangria and one sort of Lager in restaurant.
My room in the three star hotel had a fridge, controllable working air con and ceiling fan, decent bathroom with bath with shower etc. Daily Cleaning and Towel change excellent . Good friendly staff. My balcony was a side seaview and disappointingly only got the sun on it around midday for about two hours a day. This was because of its proximity to the four star next door. I wished I had taken advice of previous reviewers and paid for a full seaview.... It might have been worth it.
Walk to sea front was all down steps ... though there were lifts and ramps for part of the way... would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems... but a pleasant walk. Apartments were at the bottom and many of those had excellent large seaview balconies.
Jandia is a lovely resort.. .. You can walk all the way along the coast to the port of Morro Jable over a headland with steps... lovely walk and views with beachside restaurants and cafes. Take your camera.
Always plenty of sunbeds available as both hotels had nice pool areas ..and it was nice to have a choice .
All in all a good holiday. I was a woman travelling on my own and always felt safe.
Balcony doors had good strong bolts too!

Hotel is mostly full of German and Polish guests. Entertainment therfore disappointing for English guests. Television in room was old Analogue with no English channels except for Eurosport! There were only German, Dutch, Polish, and Spanish channels!
