The establishment is situated in the heart of Laxe, a seaside town which possesses one of the most beautiful beaches along this coast. Laxe is just one hour away by car from Santiago de Compostela and A Coruea. La Coruea Airport and Santiago de Compostela Airport are approximately 60 and 70 km from the accommodation respectively.These guest rooms have a complete bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer, and also feature amenities such as central air conditioning and heating, a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, WiFi Internet access, a safe, minibar and ironing set. Double beds and balconies or terraces also feature.The nearby beach is sandy.

We booked this hotel based on the good reveiws we had read but also on price.
It was very cheap which made us wonder if the reveiws were accurate or no.
They weren't acurate. It was not just good it was a SUPERB hotel. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no loud music or english tourist (apart from us) Rooms have AC Radio built into wall with a channel thaqt play classic music, mini bar, Wifi, Also free use of the PC and internet in the reception. Breakfast was fresh warm bread , crassoint, ham, cheese, coffee, tea, orance etc. If you cant speak any spanish at all you may struggle!

Top Tip:
If you like Cornwall but hate being with all the tourists youll love this place. The beaches particularly if you drive west and south are stunning : beaches like Traba, Finisterra, (Praia de mar de Fora), 'Jewel in the crown' though is Praia de Carnota near Minazo and Carnota (about 1 hours drive from Laxe), hit this beach 1 hour after high tide and as the tide goes out it leave shallow streams with crystal clear warm water (dont miss this one) Beware though as I was stung by a weaver fish here, excruciatingly painful!!!
If you drive east 3 - 4 miles to Ria de Corme e Laxe at Candulas the esturay here is amazing to see particularly when the tide is out! We sat on 2 different beaches on 2 different days at the end of June and had the whole beach to ourselves!!!!

Top Tip:
The hotel is situated on the beach, and the food in the restaurant to the left just around the corner is of a high standard. We would certainly stay here again.
