This complex was renovated in 2010 with materials and quality furnishings imported from Italy. It has a 24-hour reception with a safe and currency exchange service. The air-conditioned establishment comprises a total of 86 accommodation units and features a restaurant, bar and car park.The apartment hotel is situated in the cosmopolitan area of Puerto Rico and is only 20 metres from the beach and a few metres from the shopping centre with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. “ We go to Puerto Rico a lot and this is the best hotel we have stayed in there. It is very well run and the maid service is excellent. Our room was finished to a very high standard compared with most Canarian hotels. All in all a blissful experience.
“ Top Tip: Charlie'z bar on the road underneath the hotel serves the best gin and tonic in the world - not cheap but worth it! Ask for it 'the nice way'

We are an American family with two young boys (3and7 months old). This place was wonderful. Highlights: on the beach!, puerto Rico is a wonderful area, friendly staff..especially to children, great quality renovations just done, 2 bedroom options (a must for young families), free car parking in back, great food options, free Internet (in lobby with own laptops), climatized pool, air conditioning.
Things we were less excited about: if you go half board (breakfast and dinner included) realize the dinner is for only one restaurant that is not a buffet style. You order from a limited menu (good options but if we went back we'd rather not be tied to one restaurant especially bc they didn't open till 6....our lil ones eat earlier). Breakfast was a good buffet at pool....bummer that it didn't open till 0830. Laundry self service was extremely expensive.
November weather was wonderful. 70's and sunny everyday.
