“ Amazing hotel, excellent facilities, good food, friendly staffs, perfect location and pool side views is truly incredible.
“ Top Tip: Hotel is beside beach. Massage hut at end of the beach is value for money, EUR 10 for 20 mins etc.

“ Excellent hotel,clean throughout,best infinity pool ever with great views,lovely food,friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it. Lots of steps but plenty of lifts,5 minute walk to the beach, beautifully kept, water quality could be better a bit murky in places. Good bars and a few shops on beach, excellent mini golf but not much else. Puerto Rico 15-20 minutes walk away, Porto Morgan 15 minutes by car.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Shows in the evening were professional and of a high standard.
Only negatives was the hot plate food in the buffet restaurant was not hot enough. Pratically cold. I did state this on a hotel survey on our second day to which I was hoping this would improve during our stay. I was called to Reception so we could discuss our issues with the temperature of the food and came away feeling this would be addressed. It did not improve and my mother was very ill with sickness and spent whole day in bed. Hotel Reception was not interested and just offered us a Dr but did not take my room number to check on my mother which was bad care. So we felt they didnt care and were only interested in keeping my mothers sickness quiet so it did not damage the hotels reputation. If the hotel addresses the food and quality this would be a great hotel.

“ This is an excellent hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. The food and service was brilliant and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Will definitely be going back!! It is the closest hotel to the beach and has amazing views of the beach from the rooms and the dining room. Not one bad thing to report about the hotel!!

The hotel was amazing. If you have been to gran canaria before you know it is hilly. The hill to the hotel is a tough one. But taxis are extremely cheap and they are very willing to take you short distances. We went in April so was hit and miss with the weather but it was Glorious every day. The bar staff and catering staff are second to none. They are very welcoming. We travelled with my sister who has recently had a stroke. By the evening meal of our 1st day they had a table ready for us near to the food and easy access in and out of the table seats. We didn't travel with children but they were kept very busy in the day an night time. They seemed to have allot of fun. We have booked to go again in October this year. 5/5 for the Owen family.
If you are planning on travelling here. Request block one in the hotel. The views are amazing and the rooms and balcony are huge.
“ Top Tip: There is a walk way from Amadores to puerto rico. It is a beautiful walk especially at the time of the sun set. My sister struggles with her mobility and we did the walk in 2 hours with coffee in between. It's a must. There are 2 ice cream and coffee bars on amadores each called ciao ciao theyre amazing and very reasonable prices.
