“ The hotel is set in a banana plantation best described as "somewhat out of the way". The meals were excellent with plenty of good quality food. The staff were friendly and helpful and the leisure facilities were very good for a hotel of this size. Unfortunately we arrived when it was raining heavily and had a long walk from the car park with heavy cases. By the time we arrived at Reception we were soaked. Under such conditions the Hotel should remove a vehicle barrier and allow guests to come closer to the actual buidings to offload luggage. As a result of the exceptional heavy rain the roof leaked and a bucket had to be put in place to catch the drips. Other guests fared a lot worse!
“ Top Tip: The town of Arucas close by is well worth a visit. It has two or three good restaurants which serve excellent food at very reasonable prices.

Very pleasant, peaceful hotel in banana plantation. Well converted hacienda. Restaurant excellent for its price, about 20€ for 3 course meal excluding wine. Breakfast buffet adequate but fried eggs etc. are extras. Failed to ask about internet access which is claimed in brochure. Staff very kind with reasonable amount of English, so communication is easy.

“ in the middle of nowhere.could do with a hire car ? can walk into arucas but not for the less mobile (along a main road and up a very steep road).try and take some water and snacks back to room.buses very good and cheap(stop outside hotel) ate at hotel twice once good once poor(not cheap)about 40 euros each way for taxi from airport
“ Top Tip: eat at resturant in arucas called de enyesque ( staff did not speak english) food beer and service excellent - definate recommend
