Its a nice apartment. The only thing is, in the kitchen there is no kettle and microwave. It should have heater as well when its cold at night. It will be nicer if all receptionists knows how to speak and understand English. Thank you.

Top Tip: Everything are close. Well come back and recommend to all my friends.

This is a marvellous block of apartments. It is very clean, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, as far as I know they only spoke Spanish, but I speak Spanish so there was no problem for me, but I am sure they would be just as helpful if you didn't speak Spanish. You have to pay 3 euros a day to use the TV, but there are about 5 Channels in English, 2 in German, 1 in French and the rest are in Spanish. The first night our TV wasn't working, but was fixed the next day. We had an internal apartment which was very quiet. It was big and airy. I managed to have a look at one of the studios which was also very big. The outside apartments had a balcony. They are excellent value for money. Our Spanish friends were very impressed with them and they and I thoroughly recommend them.

They is so near to everything, 2 mins walk to Parque Santa Catalina where there are a number of bars with terrazas where you can sit and drink, eat and watch all the interesting people go by and the same distance to the beach where there are many bars and restaurants.

Top Tip: The first turning on the right as you come out of the apartments has 3 excellent restaurants. They all have a menu of the day for about 8 euros each. This consists of 3 courses, bread and wine or beer or a soft drink. One restaurant is called Clandestino where they speak very good English, their dishes look like something from Master Chef. Another is Manolos, and the last is O Candil. The menus are in Spanish, but I am sure they would be happy to translate them. They also have A La Carte meals. There are many other restaurants that serve these menus also but they a few more minutes walk away.

Small room in the middle of the building, so no outside windows, concrete walls around. Telli, not reachable from bed, has only two commercial channels transmiting advertisement all the time. For others you have to pay separatelly. No remote control.
Lining and towels changed every three days not every one. Otherthings on average level. Very good localization, right in the city center with all bars and shops next to the door, only about 100m to the beach. Reasonable price.

The location is central but not a very safe especially at night. The rooms lack facilities and fire alarm and air conditioning or fan. Television is daily payment. Despite being on the third floor downspouts drain the kitchen sink and bathroom embozaron, the receptionist noted but no one came. The maids very kind and polite. The furniture of the kitchen is rather esaso and facilities and decor of the rooms old and shabby, especially with regard to the bathroom.
