“ Excellent location if you want to stay away from tourist areas, but still be close to restaurants and the old town.

Excellent choice at breakfast: meats, cheeses, fruit, breads, cooked food etc. Breakfast is in the 6th floor restaurant which has a great view of the sea and San Telmo Park

Evening Meal of the day was bland and we were very glad that we were bed and breakfast only

Hotle was very clean, large room with bath and shower, staff friendly

“ The North of the island is not a tourist type area like you get in the South, So be prepared to either travel or have a very quiet holiday.
The Staff are Very helpful and curtious and although this Hotel only gets 3 stars as you enter the foyer you are instantly struck by the cleanliness and over all appearance of the hotel, we have just stayed over the xmas period and was impressed with the way they kept the outside areas very clean, starting work around 6:30 brushing and mopping the paths and making sure the outside appearance were spot on....
When entering our room although basic it was very clean and again we were impressed with the layout and ease of use of the appliances. there was a small problem with a shelf in the wardrobe but after reporting it to the staff there was a caretaker there fixing it within minutes,
Our stay in the Hotel was a very pleasant experience the breakfast was extremely well presented and was always hot and tasty with the right choice for the variety of guests that we met while staying there. We would certainly return and feel comfortable recommending the hotel to out friends.
Constructive criticism!!! would be that there really needs to be guest accounts set up on the FREE Pc's Internet access for different nationalities as while we were struggling to use them and the Keyboards, trying to change settings so we could use them and also helping the other guests even find the right keys to use on the keyboards was really very difficult. the only other thing would be the television only had 2 English channels (Disney and BBC news) there could really need to be either a communal TV room with Satellite or Satellite Tv for the rooms with a surcharge, I personally would not have minded paying a little extra for that service.

“ Top Tip: Just about a mile down the road near the port there is a very nice little beach with secure lockers and public toilets if you just want a bit of sand to lie on... and a bit of a dip in some water.
There is also a very nice beach in saint Catalina and plenty of places to eat so well worth a visit.
The bus station is across the road where you can travel all around the island a very reasonable prices.

“ Great hotel near bus station and old town, excellent shopping street nearby and plenty of restaurants. Hotel was clean, comfortable with a good breakfast, couldn't ask for more for the price.

Friendly staff, immaculately clean and convenient for the old town.
I would definitely stay here again.

“ Top Tip: The bar in the park opposite was great for pre dinner drinks and a Cognac on the way home!
