“ Loved it here, like having your own house and garden. Been in cleaner and dirtier. Certainly not worth moaning about at the bargain price we paid.Cockroachs had been treated so we only saw lots of dead ones after treatment. Only used reception to get key and give it back.lol. supermarket under reception very good.It took us bout 20 mins to walk to yumbo, and used our hire car in daytime.
“ Top Tip: Centrum resturant in Yumbo very good and cheap. Also had good meal at Amadores beach (puerto rico) end resturant, large beer 1 euro and half roast chicken and chips 2.95 euro! If u want a soft drink in Yumbo 750 ml grande from burger king only 2.4 euro as opposed to 2.5 euro for a 200ml coke in geo bar 50 metres away.

“ On our first arrival we were surprised at how small and basic the apartment was. However, on remembering we took a last minute break and a cheap one at that we soon unpacked and were ready to take in our surroundings, transport, location, features and shops etc.The pool was clean, maintained but probably below the Kelvin scale of freezing.The maids were nice. Change of towels three times per week and room clean twice. Very basic cooking utensils but TV Kettle, toasters etc for rental. We rented none and used a pan and watched DVDs on our laptop, You could eat and drink cheaply or splash out. I would definitely recommend this place for a family or couple as it is simple, basic and I am astonished at anyone who complains or finds fault with a tired but clean complex. If it wasnt so tired it would be MORE EXPENSIVE.(wierdo's) I consider the break as glorified camping. It is ONE STAR so what do people really expect. Well done the Capri, we loved it.
“ Top Tip: Free bus to beach. 4 euro's to and from Playa de Ingles. 30 min walk to Maspalomas beach and fab dunes. Well stocked shop and reasonable restaurant. Good competition in Ingles for four chicken salad/chips and a beer for less than 30 Euros. Local fair and huge arcade. Not many shops selling crap which was good.Rude shop assistants like at home (special training). Loads of cabs.Loads of buses. All different grades and prices of hotels. Free and multi couple attitude. Sparkles was good. Cabaret circuit entertainment good. Chinese in Yumbo shopping precinct was fab and had fresh stuff and lamb chops !!!
