This Spanish Colonial style hotel was newly opened in the year 2000 and consists of a 94 rooms spread over 2 floors, Guests are offered access to a fabulous pool and garden complex, a spacious lobby with lifts and a reception that is manned around the clock. In addition, the hotel features lounges, a boutique, a hairdresser's salon, a cosy piano bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and a spacious terrace. Guests may take advantage of the public Internet terminal and wireless Internet (W-LAN), both free of charge, and additional services such as room and laundry services and medical assistance (extra charge). Car parking facilities are available free of charge.This modern luxury hotel is situated amidst a beautiful pine grove just 300 m from the fine sandy beach and the lively promenade. The town centre, which has an array of shopping and entertainment venues, is a short walk away (500 m). Playa del Ingles is approximately 5 km away; the international airport some 40 km from the hotel.The elegant, modern rooms come with an en suite bathroom with shower, a bathtub and hairdryer, a combined living and sleeping room, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system and DVD player.
They also come with a minibar, a fridge, air conditioning, heating, a safe and a balcony or terrace.In the outdoor complex are a freshwater and a saltwater swimming pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore, it is possible to pay a visit to the hotel gym as well as the spa and beauty complex that offers access to a sauna, a solarium, a steam baths and a massage service (additional fee payable). Further leisure activities on offer include water aerobics and golf. Two golf courses (18 holes) are located about 1.5 km from the hotel.

“ A fabulous hotel, beautiful setting, great food, staff excellent, just can't get it right to allocate you the room you have booked, even after confirming our reservation directly with them and being promised a pool room, had to move after two days. This has happen all the time in the three years we have been going there. Perhaps the setting justifies the dissapointment of the mis-managment of the room allocation. If booking just book a Dune Room and ask for an upgrade on arrival. All rooms are the same just in differect areas of the hotel.
“ Top Tip: Shops and supermarkets bars close to hotel. Bus station about three hundred yards away, takes you all over the island.

Half board is a must as the food is exceptional here - it's gourmet dining every night.
All the accomodation is excellent here but get a poolside view if you can.
If you need some relaxation in good surroundings this is certainly the place to be with the added benefit of probably the best service in the Canaries.
“ Top Tip: Take a jacket to wear for your outside veranda evening meal if visiting later in the year.

“ The hotel was quite small but had all the ingredients of a great holiday. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent and the hotel, pool and spa were very clean.
“ Top Tip: If you venture out of the hotel towards the Maspalomas beach you will see to the right of the beach a street with various local restaurants with good food. Continue about half a mile further on and you come to some fantastic designer shops and upmarket restaurants overlooking the sea.
