An array of amenities and services are on offer, which allow guests to enjoy a pleasant stay.This apartment complex is located in the Campo International area of Maspalomas in the south of Gran Canaria. This complex offers the ideal venue for a relaxing hotel and is also within a stone's throw of many local amenities and attractions. The market square is a few minutes walk away and it is not far to the Faro 2 shopping centre. It is some 3 km to the nearest sandy beach.The apartments each come with a full bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV (for an additional fee), Internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, a washing machine, a safe (for an additional fee) and a balcony or terrace. The apartments can comfortably house 3 persons. All come with a large terrace affording views out over the pool or gardens.The outdoor complex provides a peaceful environment in which to relax. There are two large heated pools, a children's pool and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use as well as a minigolf course. It is possible to relax in the hotel sauna or to play football, volleyball or billiards. It is just a short distance to the nearest 18-hole golf course and an array of further sporting activities.

“ I booked this last minute and was a little worried that it was only 1 star. No need the place was basic but clean and the reception staff friendly. You could walk to holiday world within 5 mins and into playa de ingles in 20mins although there was a steep hill to climb, plenty of taxis that were very cheap even after a night out. If your looking for 4 star dont book here, if your looking for a no frills apatment to base yourself then this is ideal

“ On arrival, we were not able to access the room as the room had not been cleaned, we had to wait 2 hours for this to be completed. The receptionist's were very polite at all times which was nice.I was quite shocked to see that the pool was still not completed by the time that we left the complex, and we were advised that the pool had been under renovation since April, which was quite a let down. The other pool that we were informed that we would have access too was not satisfactory. It was a 3rd of the size and not big enough for us to swim in. The beds were not changed in the time that we were there but the towels were changed once. The picture on the wall was smashed and the room was grubby and looked like it needed a steam clean as the walls were black. After staying at the tisalaya, i would not be in too much of a rush to go back. The only reason that we lived with the conditions was due to the fact that the holiday was cheap, so we did not really set any expectations.

This isn't a top quality hotel and quite a way back from the beach but I was very happy. It was really good value for money and my room was a lot better than I expected. The food wasn't top quality but since I had paid such little for half-board it was all a lot better than I expected. I would sure be happy to go back to this resort again.
The whole week with flights etc all worked very well.

Very, Very Clean although basic. Staff most helpful and gave me a key for the side entrace as we had a wheelchair. Very good for parking hire car - felt safe.
Would not have liked to have stayed at this hotel if we had not hired a care - too far away from entertainment and restaurants.
Wanted to rent the televesion for the week but only English was newas and sports which we wre not interested in. As my mother is infirmed this would have been a bonus

“ basic but very clean, staff very helpful, just returned on the 22nd march, we stayed for two weeks and are going back in jan.. 2013 for three weeks. self-catering. its like this, if you want 5 star then pay for 5 star, dont expect 5 star in a 1 key hotel, you get what you pay for, we were very happy with our stay here. there is a free coach to the beach every day and back from the hotel. would recommend to anyone for a basic, clean cheap holiday,
