Very Good

We've stayed here several times and you don't hear many English voices. There is no beach - it was never developed but it suits us because of its location, allowing a traffic free walk to Patalavaca and Arguineguin. We always have a car for our stay and we don't use the hotel's bar or restaurant, prefering to cook ourselves or driving off.
The rooms are basic but with good room service, the maid coming 5 times a week, with regular sheet changing.
Self catering equipment is adequate. We think it provides good value but its location will not suit many.
“ Top Tip: try Don Quixote restaurant - you need to book- and Wig Wam bar under Portonovo appts in Puerto Rico

We only used the hotel as a base. do not consider if you have difficulty with steps or hills.
Restaurants and nightlife is only 3.50Euros to Peurto Rico
“ Top Tip: Anfi Beach is great but 20 minute walk over rough terrain.

does not cater for english holiday makers especially the television which is basic if you understand spanish and scandivanian. were told hairdryers, safes and ironing set were all standard and their answer is you have to hire them. very sloppy with the toaster which took three attempts before it stopped fusing.
the beach is pathetic and it takes a good 20 minutes to walk to anfi and use their beach.the walk to patalavaca is dangerous because it is a busy road and you have to catch a bus or taxi.
“ Top Tip: the restuarant at the complex is good provided you do not mind climbing a lot of stairs. the minimarket is extremely basic and if you are looking for english food you are going to be out of luck. the advantage of being there is obviously anfi and the choice of restaurants/shops.

“ We had a wonderful holiday, but as the appartment was up a very steep hill, it would not be suitable for elderly people. Beach was a 15 minute walk where there was also shops and restaurants. There was no entertainment which was great if you are looking for a quiet holiday.

If you are going to this hotel DONT go half board, the food was terrible, breakfast no variation whatsoever, eggs hard on top, sausages were hard, must have been in the oven several times and at least 80% bread. The bacon was streaky over-cooked, the beans were off!! Evening meal was cold chips every day, 1 veg per day eg, peas, carrots or cauliflower all frozen. Rolls were hard and stale. If you were paying for the meal the waiters were attentive, but half board were treated as 2nd class citizens
would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.
“ Top Tip: theres nothing within walking distance but if you have a car the local beach in porta rico is first class, and the restaurants are really good, food is good and waiters very friendly, would recommend them to all.
