Dorado Beach Hotel

“ Great hotel, Food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, entertainment especially for the kids was great
Only negetive, the sofa bed was not the mose comfortable and the surrounding area not the best

“ Second visit to this Hotel. Excellent all round. Do not usually have 'all inclusive' but the food is very good and enormous variety. Staff very helpful. Lots of families but the grounds are laid out so that people who want peace and quiet can find a spot away from the children etc. Pool rather cold!! Has a spa and heated pool inside though didn't use these facilities. All very clean. Nice to have linen changed every two days. Entertainment each evening and also lots of places inside to sit and watch the sun go down with a G&T. Some amazing sunsets! On bus route so easy to get around island without a car and on very edge of Arguinigan village so plenty of shops and a good weekly market. Volcanic sand, safe, small beach with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire.
Will be returning.

“ Comfotable accomodation. Restaurant serving food aimed at German and Scandinavian audience and both lunch and dinner were good. Breakfast selection is excellent. All meals are buffet style. Get it yourself.

Evening entertainment is a bit jaded. Mainly Karaoke and Bingo in 4 lahguages. Some performing parrots came along one night. A dutch couple played key board and sang. You get the idea! Its all done in good spirit with good intentions.

“ We booked this hotel for a quiet break in the sun in March. All I can say is if you want a lovely hotel in a quiet location then this is perfect. The hotel should certainly NOT be a 3*, I have said in 4* hotels not as good as this one! We chose this hotel due to the very good reviews and I would recommend this the anyone. The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were always working hard to keep it up to a very good standard. The Food was always fresh, hot and plenary of choice, we were all inclusive and deff worth it! Plenty of drink choices on the all inclusive and very good measures! Our room was big, quiet and clean with a side sea view. Daily maid service was very good! The wellness centre is amazing and the roof top with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing and often child free so very peaceful. The main pool was lovely and clean. Plenty of sun beds available by the pool and on roof top. The hotel didnt seem too busy while we were there! Evening entertainment is a bit of a let down, but did not bother us at all! The hotel is situated on a small harbour, nice walk along the sea front, but not much to do at all. There are a few shops and restaurants about but that's it really. There is a good boat trip that leaves from the local harbour (just a short walk away) and takes you to different beaches for the day- very good! To summarise- perfect for a relaxing holiday for eithet families or old/young couples, couldn't fault it, but If you are looking for a location with more night life, this is not the place to be! Many English people but again didn't matter to us!! There isnt really a beach as such it is a rocky harbour really. Also ad of this week they are hiring pool/beach towels, €9 deposit and €1 hire! Would certainly stay again for another relaxing holiday.
