Built in 2001, this simple villa complex comprises a total of 10 villas spread over 2 floors. Guests arriving by car may make use of the complex's car park. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and spacious sunbathing area furnished with patio furniture, sun loungers and a parasol. A BBQ is also provided so that guests can enjoy al-fresco dining.This small villa complex is situated at the heart of the tourist area of Arguineguin just 1 km from the nearest beach.
There are countless shopping venues, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to be found within 1 km of the complex and public transport departs from a stop just 600 m away.This spacious, well furnished accommodation is built on two levels. On the ground floor guests will find a lounge/dining room with a satellite TV, Video and CD player and patio doors which lead out to the pool area. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom, a cloakroom and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are two further bedrooms and a bathroom.In the outdoor complex is a small freshwater pool with a sun terrace; within the hotel there is a solarium.Key collection in Green Beach apartments, Avd.

These apartments are located at the back of the valley between the resorts of Patalavaca and Arguinegin in a quiet area. The apartments have a few minor maintenance issues (nothing to great) but are a good size and with excellent views down the hill towards the sea. At the time of booking we were told they were just up the hill from the Green Beach hotel where you collect your keys and are able to use their facilities and not the 40 minute walk it took me up a series of steps and a steep hill.
The harbour area has a few nice places to eat and is a 2-3 Euro taxi ride back up the hill if you don’t feel like walking your lunch off!
A nice base for exploring the area but not suitable for those wanting to be nearer the main resort facilities or for anyone with either walking difficulties or lack of transport.

Spent a fortune driving around as I was never informed that I had to pick up the key from a hotel nearby.
The villa itself was beautiful. Unfortunately its located on an extremely steep hill so a trip to the shop consisted of walking there and getting a taxi back.
There was a lot of work being carried out in this area - it was to the front and rear of the villa we hired.
Workmen were building more villas at the rear of the property which spoilt the usage of the pool.
The best part of the villa was the sun terrace as this was the only private area other than inside. (Even if the cranes did go over the top of the villa on occassions).
I would have been very disappointed if I had booked for a whole week as Arguineguin is a very very quiet place. We used to get a taxi each evening and try going to different places.
