Amadores Apartments

“ On arrival at the hotel we were surprised to find that the Hotel was approximately 12 kms from the destination of Porto De Mogan where we hoped, and thought we had booked, to spend our holiday. The valley or area that we ended up in is called Playa De Amadores NOT Playa De Mogan as stated to the right of this page. One further comment is that the meals supplied by the Hotel Altamadores, apart from breakfast which we had pre-booked , were not very satisfactory to say the least and after the first night we ate elsewhere although taxis had to be used to find different venues. Overall, the weather and apartment were first class which made up for the initial dissatisfaction with the location and meals. Next holiday we intend to stay in Porto De Mogan as after several visits we found that this location would meet our requirements in future. We do however send our sincere thanks for a most enjoyable holiday weather wise.

“ Top Tip: Beach in Palya De Amadores very clean and first class rated with restaurants boardering onto the beach. However, a long walk downhill from the hotel was a little trying and taxis had to be used for the return.
