“ Fabulous hotel staff are so lovely gardens and area just gorgeous. The only drawback was our so called hotel shuttle transfer.. We were left waiting on a bus for an hour at the airport whilst other flights arrived, then there were a total of fourteen stops before we finally got there.

The distance from the Gran Canaria International Airport is approximately 40 miles, or in other words 70 minutes.

“ I'd give it 10 out of 10 if there was tea/coffee in room or if it was included in the half board rate. It was expensive to buy tea at the harbour/beach 4 euro for a tiny cup. Drank water instead! But loved our holiday.
“ Top Tip: Café de Mogan overlooking harbour was lovely, nice crockery and table settings perfect.

“ Have visitedthis hotel twice now and it is exceptionally clean and well run by attentive staff with great buffet choices and good range of facilities and in house entertainment. It lies 500yds fron the beach and small town, It is ideal for the more mature traveller or couples and those with young children but for those seeking to relax rather than those who seek noise and a hectic schedule
“ Top Tip: There is a small shopping mall opposite with some very reasonably priced shops also a supermarket 200 yds to the right where you can purchase drinks for your in room fridge at the hotel

Friendly, helpful staff, spacious and very clean rooms. The hotel is nicely situated a short walk from a sandy beach in a picturesque port with bars and restaurants. Two large pools with lots of space the hotel is surrounded by lovely botanical gardens which provide great scenery and welcome shade.
Meals are buffet style, many choices and of excellent quality, particularly the fish and meat choices. There is also a stylish a la carte restaurant.
This is a deserved 4 star hotel offering comfort, style, choice, great customer service and excellent value for money.
“ Top Tip: lovely sandy beach in port Morgan, golden sand. Bars offer good sea food and cold beer for 2 euros. Our preferred bar/restaurant was La Linterna, friendly and good value where Hansa made us very welcome.
