“ Once again Travel Republic have come up trumps! The appartment that we stayed in was good basic value for money. One gets what one pays for in this life and for the price, we had a good holiday. If one is looking for 3*, 4* +, or more luxurious accommodation then pay the extra. Up a steep little hill but hey, that's exercise on holiday! Well done once again Travel Republic, and thanks!
“ Top Tip: There is a restaurant in Playa Cura called Night and Day, Nora is a great waitress there. They do a wonderful whole baby leg of lamb on occasion that is not on the menu - it's very good!

“ I understand that many travel companies had pulled out of the complex due to nearby construction works, but we didn't experience any noise pollution. The apartment was clean, spacious with a balcony to die for with breathtaking views. The steps would be a problem for the less able (reliable lifts are available), but my calfs are now very shapely!
“ Top Tip: The Spar shop at the bottom of the hill was a treat - loads of items. Puerto Rico is only a 20 minute coastal walk away and made me relieved that I wasn't staying there!

“ Lovely views. Basic amenities in apartment but had large balcony and was cleaned regularly. Top swimming pool was excellent and we spent a few days lazying around it. Definitely need car as the resort has only one beach bar and no real shops apart from local Spar supermarket. Playa Amadores, which can be seen from the apartment is only a few minutes away by car and has everything you need for a beach holiday. Overall the Apartment Monsenor was very good value for money and we would go back there.

“ Playa Del Cura Monsenor Apartments are basic with very nice views.Dont think about self catering as there are only 2 small cooking rings.The walk up to the apartments is very steep and certainly not suitable for very young or old.Having said that we had a good stay and used the regular buses a lot to go to Mogan or poerto rico and found plenty of excellent eating places.
