Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there are parking facilities for those arriving by car.This charming hotel is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Playa del Ingles.
The sprawling beach is approximately 1.5 km away and the centre of Playa del Ingles and Yumbo shopping centre are just 400 m away. Public transport departs from stops located 300 m away.The rooms are comfortably furnished and come fitted with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobe. They are also all equipped with satellite TV a direct dial telephone, a minibar, central heating, a safe and a terrace with golf field views. The Suite Junior are fitted with the same equipment and they have also a livingroom with a balcony or terrace.In the outdoor complex, there are two swimming pool, one heated during the winter, a sun terrace with sunbed, parasol and towels under charged, and a pool/ snack bar.
In addition, there is a wellness center with thalasso swimming pool and 3 differnt saunas ( free entrance 1 time per day) beauty center andy massage under charge and a gym.The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus to Maspalomas beach. Hotel - Maspalomas beach: 10.10am and 11.10am. Maspalomas beach - hotel: 3pm and 4pm.

Not the cheapest, but probably the best I have stayed in! My partner is terminally ill and the staff were impecable.
It says four star on its plaque and we have stayed in 5 star in Portugal who did not even come close to the service we had.
I would say later this year no problem , but think it would be solo!

“ This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at because of the superb quality of the food and the exceptional service given by all the staff. We tried to book again for Christmas but found it had already been fully booked. A sure sign that other people share our enthusiasm for this particular hotel. We will make sure that we book again for some time next year.
“ Top Tip: Local buses were very easily accessed and the drivers were very helpful.

We have stayed at this Spa Hotel for the past four years, as it offers a great Health Spa to relax before dinner which is included in the price.
A great pool and bar open most of the day, and evening restaurant has become much improved over the years with most amazing views overlooking Maspalomas. No live music this year which is a shame as this added a sparkle to the ambiance.
Greatest asset is the staff who always aim to provide a level of service lacking in many European Hotels.
Clients are mostly couples with no children in sight, and there only about 50 double Suites so it is never overcrowded in the day by the pool, with a free drink in the afternoon.
Internet connection has now been included free to all areas which is a great improvement especially poolside.
There are however areas in need of improvement. Firstly decorating is much in need for the buildings, especially the bannister rails to the Suites which are rusting.
There seems to be a shortage of beach towels and those remaining have started to become threadbare.
Finally there are areas of the Spa which have become very unhygienic and there was thick green slime evident under the seating to the benches in the steam room and sauna.
Best staff are Joradan the waiter, Lilo on reception and the waiter who is new

This 4 star hotel and Spa is in need of some TLC....
I have been here 4 times in 3 years.
The staff are excellent and extremely welcoming..
The rooms and pool area need some attention as they are beginning to look a little tired.
There is a new Assistant Manager at Vital Suites, Antonio, who is first class and his attention to guests feedback outstanding.
The Spa is impeccable and the treatments from Daniel first class, a true asset to the establishment.
I would rate this Hotel 3 star as it stands, but with some care and attention could so easily become a 4 star once again.
Overall..a great holiday....mainly due to the staff. Thanks !!

The family-run hotel includes, apart from the heated swimming pool (open in the winter), an attractive garden and a big sun terrace with sun loungers and mattresses as well as parasols free of charge. In the coffee bar at the pool guests are offered cappuccinos and light snacks. The newly decorated lounge has two modern Internet terminals and comfortable seats around the bar. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff are multilingual (English, German, etc.). There is also a laundry service and/or coin-operated laundrette. Parking places are at guests disposal free of charge.
“ Good position for beaches and Yumbo centre. Well stocked supermarkets and cafe/restaurants next door. Pool area had cleanl kiosk for coffees to burger and chips. Only gripe was self-catering room didn't have any cutlery or matches to light cooker. Luckily had my spork with me! This was my second stay here -no cockroaches this time!

Situated in the cosmopolitan area of Playa del Ingles, its an ideal spot for enjoying a holiday with independence but without renouncing a high standard service. Among well kept subtropical gardens, clients will enjoy to the best their stay. It provides a comprehensive leisure offer in the surrounding area as well as the Maspalomas Golf Club, which is only 1 km away.
“ Love the fact that although we chose the All Inclusive option, these bungalows are fully equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to be allocated a two double bedroom bungalow as there was only the two of us, plenty of space to spread out.

The beach hotel comprises a total of 231 rooms spread over 7 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts, a boutique, a hairdresser's salon, a conference room, a TV room, a bar and an air conditioned e la carte restaurant with non-smoking area and a terrace. There is a children's playground in the luscious, subtropical 10,000 me garden complex. Finally, guests are offered use of a public Internet terminal and a laundry service. A local bicycle hire centre is some 350 m away and there are car parking facilities.
“ We were very happy at this hotel - the staff were so kind and helpful, especially when I had a fall. The grounds and pool and pool bar were excellent too. There was a good selection of food, but it did become a little repetitive after a few days.
