“ comfortable,spaciouse,clean rooms,comfortable beds,great choice of food for evening dinner,fresh and tasty,friendly,helpfull staff,wellness spa great to relax and so clean inside,outdoor complex was kept well maintained,free intenet access,close by to supermarkets and yumbo centre,this is the 2nd time i have stayed there and i will return again later this year,best 3 star hotel i have stay in playa de ingles,compared to other 4 star hotel,woul so recommend it to anyone who has not yet been certainly gets my recommendation,greta value for money for half board

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this hotel in 6 weeks, the first 09/04/2012 - 16/04/20012 wait for bedroom 30 - 45 minutes. This time 05/05/2012 to 15/05/2012 wait for bedroom well over 2 hours. The flight was on time, the transfer from airport to hotel got us there by 11.30 am and then we had to sit in reception until 13.45 when we were allocated a bedroom - excellant room adjacent to the lower solarium.
This is a very good hotel, excellant facilities and a good dinning experience, a hotel that I will return to sometime in the future.
“ Top Tip: This hotel is at the back of the resort along with several hotels of the same class. Bus transport is provided to the beach. A walk to the high prominade is about 15 - 20 minutes, there are steps down to the beach. There is a taxi rank outside and the fare from this to the Lighthouse at Maspalomas is about 6 euros.

The all-inclusive rate was excellent value for money, which included brand spirits and a good choice of food. At lunch, there is a buffet option or snacks from the bar or quite a decent waiter service option at the terrace bar. The facilities are by far the best I've ever experienced at this kind of resort; a full wellness centre spa, which is free to hotel guests; a fully equipped gym with free weights; a rooftop solarium complete with jacuzzi; tv in the room with sky sports 1. The staff were helpful and we had no problems during our stay.
The only very minor negatives are that it's a 10 minute walk to the beach and the in house entertainment is pretty lame; a kids disco usually followed by middle aged women miming to a Tina Turner CD.
“ Top Tip: Make use of the wellness centre and look at the terrace bar lunch menu before committing to the buffet everyday.

The Hotel was excellent except for the Gym with outdated equipment .I felt that some of the machines were unsafe to use.
The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was very good and well presented.
The entertainment was very good on the first night the 30th April then we had a change of musicians and they were not to my liking. They were there for several nights playing .
“ Top Tip: We found the beautiful Church near the Kasba where we were fortunate to have the Holy Mass every day at 19-30pm
