The beach hotel comprises a total of 231 rooms spread over 7 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts, a boutique, a hairdresser's salon, a conference room, a TV room, a bar and an air conditioned e la carte restaurant with non-smoking area and a terrace. There is a children's playground in the luscious, subtropical 10,000 me garden complex. Finally, guests are offered use of a public Internet terminal and a laundry service.
A local bicycle hire centre is some 350 m away and there are car parking facilities.This hotel is centrally situated in a peaceful location in the leisure district of Playa del Ingles. The beach promenade lies about 350 from the hotel and shopping centres, restaurants and bars are to be found in the vicinity. Public transport departs from a stop just 100 m away.The rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a balcony. Each also comes fitted with a direct dial telephone, a minibar, a safe, satellite/ cable TV and centrally controllable air conditioning.In the outdoor complex is a pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the massage service and it is possible to play billiards or tennis on payment of an extra charge. Table tennis can be played without further charge and there is a local windsurfing school just 350 m from the hotel. Evening entertainment is put on several times a week with live music and shows.

We were very happy at this hotel - the staff were so kind and helpful, especially when I had a fall. The grounds and pool and pool bar were excellent too. There was a good selection of food, but it did become a little repetitive after a few days.
The hotel was kept very clean and tidy. there was entertainment every night - and it was quiet when one wanted to sleep. All in all a pleasurable visit.

Our hotel and staff were excellent
The surrounding area had an assortment of hotels of various standards and not as pleasing on the eye.
“ Top Tip: A Hired Car is essential so you can explore the Island, allowing you to see the more natural areas and getting away from the Holiday Resort feeling.

Very Nice Food, Good entertainment, very clean.
Close to beach.
Most of the hotel staff helpful.
But, when we arrived, we were told by middle age gentleman at the reception that we only have one room booked. In fact, we booked two rooms ( 2 people in one room and 1 person in another room).
Luckily, I have hotel accommodation voucher ready for their inspection, which showed two rooms.In the end the man at the reception found another room for us.
We have requested, higher floor, sea view and two rooms close to each other.
We did not get any of these. This man said, "Yes, you can request, but we will give rooms at their availability". What is the point of putting special request in then?
Apart from this person, who is not helpful at all, the rest of the staff are fine.
Especially " Jonathan at reception is the nicest person you can ever meet". He is very helpful and always smiling and no job too small for him.
Swimming pool is very clean. Very organised at this area.
I will try different RIU hotel next visit, even though this hotel is good to excellent as well.

Top Tip:
Get drinks and snacks from Super Market in front of hotel before going to beach.
This Island is a safe place.
Go on "Premium Island Tour", which is 59 Euro per person ( lunch included), which was a great trip. We really enjoyed the trip and worth it. Hotel arranged the trip for us.
