Renovated in 2001, the apartment complex comprises 59 apartments over 8 floors. Facilities on offer include a lobby with lifts and a reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange counter. Within 500 m guests will find a vast array of shopping venues, bars, cafes and restaurants and the nearest beach is some 800 m away.The individual apartments each come with combined bedroom/ lounge area, a separate bedroom, spectacular sea views from the balcony, en suite bathroom facilities, a fridge, a kitchenette and a hire safe. Furthermore, a TV and Internet access come as standard.A swimming pool is on offer in the well maintained grounds along with separate children's pools. This is surrounded by a large sun terrace and offers guests a large number of sun loungers and parasols. Guests who don't feel like swimming or sunbathing can enjoy a drink at the poolside bar. There is an entertainment programme for both children and adults to provide some variation.

“ This hotel was brill near all bar and resturants,Was cleaned every day, The staff were very nice, the only negative thing is their is loads of steps up to it if u have a buggy or are old, Nothing other than tat would defo go bk to this hotel!!!!! :)

The Cala Nova Apartments is ideally located. A 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes to the local night-time entertainment. It is up a number of steps (2 sets from the main road) but this is should not be a problem for most.
The apartments are located quite near to the bus station (about five minutes walk or even less). This is good for access to other parts of the island, Puerto Rico (less than 5 mins) Amadores (about 10 minutes) Maspalomas within about 30 minutes or so.
The apartments were modern and clean. My room had a nice balcony with a view into puerto rico. We stayed in November and the area and hotel seemed suited to families, young and older couples looking for a relaxed holiday. There was entertainment in Puerto Rico but for a busier night Playes del Ingles would probably be worth a visit.
“ Top Tip: Use the local bus station to catch buses to different areas on the south coast such as Amadores, Puerto de Mogan and Maspalamos.

“ A very clean hotel, pool a little small, would have been better if the kitchen facilities were better i.e: an oven or microwave would have been handy to cut down the cost of eating out all the time.
“ Top Tip: Take plenty of spending money as the eating out soon cuts into your budget if you like to do water activities too, especially if you have 2+ teenagers!

“ Basic but very clean accommodation. Ideally situated for all resort amenities. Entertainment and bar/snack services very good. Would benefit from air conditioning in rooms and, non slip coating on tiles at pool area.
“ Top Tip: Within easy walking distance of main shopping/eating centre and beach/harbour.

Appartment has 2 holigen rings and a toast and a kettle plus a flat screen tv,tv must be paid for in advance via a card bought from reception. bar aera and reception spotless and entertainment nightly. Tiles around pool area very slippery and dangerous, a few people when we were there suffered broken arms.
mini market well supplied, and reasonabley priced. bar prices a little expensive.
Not many coat hangers for your clothes. Safe is 35 euros and you get 5 euros back this is for 14 days. Also started to remodenise them,first three floor been done.
No sun beds on balcony could do with some, only table and chairs.Nice large balconies, gets all the sun in the afternoon.

Yes TIFFENY'S a great bar open till 5am plus till last customer leaves, or drops pissed. Good entertainment nightly and warm welcome for all.
plenty of other bars ans restaurants, in the centre, for all ages.

This complex was built in 1992, renovated in 2004 and consists of 124 rooms of which 86 are 2-storey apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities is a lobby area with 24-hour reception and a safe for guests' valuables. In addition, the apartment complex offers guests use of a public Internet terminal and a bicycle storage facility.
“ Not bad for the price and an added bonus of having a poolside bar that served drinks and food. Only a couple of issues was that the lock was broke on the door but they had fixed a flexible wood bar to keep the door shut.

The complex comprises a total of 273 apartments, set in a main building and various 2-storey annexe buildings, with a lobby area with shared 24-hour reception situated in the main building. Access to the resort is restricted by a barrier at the main road entrance. The resort is divided into 3 main areas: the swimming pool is located in the complex's upper area, whilst the reception is to be found next to the main entrance. Facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a cafe, a mini supermarket and a bar. It also offers a games room, a restaurant and Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service and there is a car park for those arriving by car. The younger guests will enjoy the children's playground (charges apply).
“ We only used the hotel as a base. do not consider if you have difficulty with steps or hills. Restaurants and nightlife is only 3.50Euros to Peurto Rico

The complex was completely renovated in 2000. The complex offers a total of 157 apartments spread over 9 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, safe and a currency exchange. Guests may also make use of the small supermarket for small sundries. Further facilities include an Internet connection and a laundry service. A car park is available for use by those guests arriving at the hotel by car.

This complex was renovated in 2006 and contains a total of 21 bungalows. WLAN Internet access and a launderette are provided for an additional fee.
“ Normally stay in the terrazemar but it was booked out for this trip so decided to go with the boston..i was abit sceptical but i was pleasantly surprised...v. roomy ....basic , clean accomodation....if you wanted to look for dirt you would find it and the towels were abit worn but you get what you pay for.

About 800 m from the marina and the beach. The Carlota Apartments are located 200 m from the centre, 800 m from the beach and about 50 km from the airport.
