“ WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT CANAIMA APARTMENTS AND WOULD RETURN TO THEM AGAIN WE FOUND THEM GOOD VALUE FOR WHAT WE PAID THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THE MANAGER VERY RUDE THE REST OF THE STAFF VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES

“ Unable to get a good nights sleep due to the noise from the resort bars and small children allowed to run around until all hours in the apartment below, which would have been fair enough if the hotel had been better soundproofed. The cats weren't much of a problem, however we were left "a present" on our balcony on the day of our arrival and the day of our departure, which was rather disgusting to have to clean up. Felt the apartment could have been cleaned a bit better, on the few days we saw the maids it was mainly a case of the bin being emptied and the beds made.....apart from that, and overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We felt the hotel was worth what we paid for it for 2 weeks although would probably not make a return trip.
“ Top Tip: We found a few nice bars away from the VERY noisy commercial centres although these bars were few and far between.

The Canaima Apartments, whilst basic, were very clean, very well situated and just what we were looking for wrt a cheap and cheerful time. Our rooms were cleaned every day (Except New Years Day) including clean towels and bed linen. The Pool water was icy cold though. The Poolside cafe was good. Food was cheap and worth it - toasties, English breakfast, happy hour etc etc. The staff were helpful except for the Manager who seemed to be in a permanent bad mood - thankfully we rarely saw him after the first couple of days.
All in all this was a good holiday experience.
“ Top Tip: Climbing the stairs from the centre to the apartments isn't recommended - it's quite a climb but a taxi only costs 3 Euros. Food in Bubbles restaurant excellent - try the chicken tikka - fab. Another we tried was Pinochios which, again, was excellent.

“ we found the hotel to be clean and well kept with good customer service. breakfast menu was very good with plenty of choice. the hotel had three pools which were clean but were un-heated and only for the brave during our early feb stay. overall we were pleased .

The complex was completely renovated in 2000. The complex offers a total of 157 apartments spread over 9 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, safe and a currency exchange. Guests may also make use of the small supermarket for small sundries. Further facilities include an Internet connection and a laundry service. A car park is available for use by those guests arriving at the hotel by car.

“ BROCK THE BAR OWNER WAS REALLY FRIENDLY BUT HIS BAR NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN.IT WOULD BE BETTER IF SOMEONE WAS AT RECEPTION 24HR AS SOME HOLIDAY MAKERS COME BACK VERY INTOXICATED AND WANT A SWIM IN THE POOL ALSO NO SAFTEY NOTICES AROUND THE POOL. ALSO HAVING TO PAY EXTRA FOR TOASTERS AND KETTLES WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED AS ITS SELF CATERING

Built in 1988 and completely renovated in 2001, this complex offers a total of 88 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a vast 1,000 me pool and garden complex, a cosy bar and a restaurant.

The Servatur Montebello Apartments are part of a large complex just a few hundred metres from the popular family resort of Puerto Rico. The apartments are basic but well maintained and the resorts beaches and activities are all within easy reach. The Apartments are set just 600 metres from the centre of Gran Canarias most popular family resort. The sandy, child friendly beach is 700 metres away and there are activities, bars, restaurants and shops close by. There are also two public lidos surrounded by lush gardens for those wanting a break from the beach.
