Renovated in 2005, this apartment complex includes 5 floors and 184 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the inviting reception, which is open around the clock, and also includes a safe, a lift and a currency exchange desk. The complex additionally includes a kiosk, a supermarket, a public Internet terminal and WLAN access point. Culinary delights are offered in the cafe, cosy bar and elegant restaurant. Younger guests are offered a kids' club, where they can play and make handicrafts. A laundry service is also offered as well as a car park for those arriving by car.This attractive apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Puerto Rico just 100 m away from links to the public transport network and plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs and shopping opportunities (200 m away). The wonderful beach is only around 1.5 km away.The tastefully designed apartments include a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with a fridge and an en suite bathroom. Further facilities include satellite/ cable TV as well as a hire safe. Each apartment also includes a balcony or a terrace.There is a saltwater pool in the well-tended grounds, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a poolside snack bar. An indoor pool is also available as well as a regular entertainment programme for guests of all ages. Sports options include a golf course, which is around 3 km away.

centre with shops, bars and restaurants, 2 large pools with plenty of sun beds
“ Top Tip: Try the Garole Grill in the Europa for a meal, and Sundowners for a quiet drink

“ Hotel was really nice, but i was disappointed because our accomodation was available after 3pm, and we were waiting with belongings in reception... Anyway Colina Mar is nice.

“ ideal for s/c. food was cold for breakfast ate out during the day europa centre w as not far away plenty of places to eat or take away .taxis 3.5 euros to town the hotel colina mar is very clean and well maintained but a bit dated but lovely views overlooking puerto rico and the harbour
