Renovated in 2003, the complex includes a total of 101 apartments. There is a lift, swimming pool area and children's pool area with free sun beds, a snack bar with terrace, a children's playground and a garden.Complex located on a hilltop of Puerto Rico, next to the Europa shopping centre and the mini golf course, with panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sheltered bay and the beach, which can be found 1.5 km away.The cosy apartments have an en suite bathroom, satellite/cable TV (runs with coins), a kitchen with a fridge, kettle and toaster, a hire safe as well as a balcony or a terrace. Furthermore, the accommodation includes a combined lounge/bedroom with sofa-beds and a separate bedroom with twin beds. A maid service is available 5 days a week. Towel and linen are changed twice weekly.Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool with a children's area and the snack bar. There is also a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.Take the motorway to Puerto Rico. Drive past the shopping centre and take a right behind the park. At the roundabout take a further right and drive to the end of Avenida la Cornisa by Europa shopping centre.Check in 14h. Please collect the keys at the reception of the aparthotel Riosol, open 24 hours, next to Monteparaiso.

“ The hotel was very basic. The pool area was very small. Although the people running the pool bar were lovely. Rooms were not cleaned often the maid only emptied the bins and towels changed only twice in a week. The location was the best. It is right by the taxi bay and bus stop for the beach and bottom shopping centre and the Europa centre is only across the road. It was not worth the money we paid.

“ Very clean and tidy apartments, great if you want a quiet stay. Maid service five times a week with very freindly staff. Gets the sun first thing in the morning. Situated at the top of the resort with a two minute walk to shops and bars at the Europa Centre. You can also share the facilities of the Riasol next door, so you have a choice of two complexes. For a two star rating this place is great.

“ The hotel is fine, the terrace is huge and the apartments are very limpios.Lo only bad thing I found was that they were far from the beach and walking areas.
“ Top Tip: Just opposite the hotel is a spectacular miniature golf.
