“ This is the nicest hotel I have stayed in while in Puerto Rico, immaculately clean and well run, all the staff I met were the pleasant of people and took pride in the job they were doing. I and my family also will definately be going back.
“ Top Tip: We found a range of restaurants, cafes and a pub called Durty Nellys just to the right hand side from the harbour.

“ We loved everything about the hotel except the food. On the day we left we were told that a new restaurant manager had just been appointed so hopefully the food will improve.

“ Very helpful staff from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more... Very nice breakfast buffet and there is a nice outside area where you can eat as well. Reception staff are very helpful and they all speak English. Both pools are very clean and it's been a pleasure to stay there overall. Definitely planning to go back there!
“ Top Tip: La Taberna de San Miguel in the Shopping centre does great food and the service is brilliant! Staff are very attentive to your needs and it really feels like a restaurant and not a fast food like most of the other places and this is what you need on a relaxing holiday.

“ really enjoyed our stay ....hotel staff very helpful......room very comfortable & spacious....however the soundproofing isnt great....we could hear the noise of high heels from the room overhead!!! restaurant food excellent...variety & quality second to none... sunbathing areas fabulous...plenty of space & no shortage of sunbeds would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely return

The hotel was built in 1993 and completely renovated in 2002. It consists of a total of 195 rooms of which 57 are singles and 138 are doubles. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, a small supermarket and lifts. Dining options include 2 cosy bars as well as a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and outdoor terrace. In addition, Internet access (for an additional fee), a games room, a TV room, laundry service and a children's playground are all available to guests. Business guests may wish to make use of the 3 conference rooms.
“ excellent hotel. Can't find any fault with thisT hotel at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, food was good and the facilties were excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.

The complex was completely renovated in 2000. The complex offers a total of 157 apartments spread over 9 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, safe and a currency exchange. Guests may also make use of the small supermarket for small sundries. Further facilities include an Internet connection and a laundry service. A car park is available for use by those guests arriving at the hotel by car.

Renovated in 2006, this renovated apartment complex includes a main building with 5 floors and a total of 46 apartments in a neighbouring building. This complex comprises a lobby, a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. Furthermore, there is a cafe and a small supermarket.
