The complex was renovated in 2006 and comprises 35 apartments. Facilities on offer to guests include a reception, a restaurant, bar, a lobby area, a currency exchange facility and a fax service. There is parking available for those arriving by car.This apartment complex is situated in one of the most attractive areas in Puerto Rico, very near Amadores Beach. Its terraces enjoy amazing views of the Teide Mountain and of the sunsets. Guests will find the Europa shopping centre with fashion shops, supermarkets, sport facilities, hairdressers and more, nearby the complex. It is only 2 km to the sandy beach, 3 km to the centre of Puerto Rico, and 45 km to Las Palmas Airport.The apartments comprise 1 sleeping room fully refurbished in summer 2007, a fully equipped bathroom, a dining/living room with a sofa bed as well as an equipped kitchenette. In the apartments, guests may expect satellite/ cable TV, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a double bed and a safe. All apartments feature large terraces with views of the lovely Amadores Beach.The complex features a children's swimming pool and an adult swimming pool heated with solar panels and a poolside snackbar, a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols. It is also possible to play billiards.

“ We found the Hotel to be very clean. Staff very friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday with clean towels every day. The only draw back was there were a lot of steps. OK for young ones but we are retired so found the steps cumbersome. Overall very good for a "One Star" apartment.
“ Top Tip: Did not find anything special close by! Had to go to town.

Value for money. You get what you pay for. Comfy beds. Great to have loungers on the balcony, a real bonus. Kitchen has been upgraded since we last stayed here. Good to have basics like kettle/toaster/coffee machine. Real bonus was microwave and mini oven/grill. They need to upgrade the cutlery and crockery. Definite lack of pans.
Bathroom seen better days but functional. Regular cleaning (daily) linen/towel change although towels have seen better days.
