TerrazaMar SunSuite has 306 double apartments (10 of them equipped for handicapped), each of approx. 80 m2, whereof 40 m2 are terraces to enable you to fully enjoy our enviable climate. Once you are unpacked and comfortably installed you will appreciate the calm atmosphere obtained thanks to a delicate and functional decoration based on pastel colours and harmonious lines.

They are equipped in a way that you will feel at home immediately: telephone, independent bedroom (twin beds with latex mattresses), sitting room with TV (parabolic antenna), convertible sofa-bed and ventilator. Independent kitchen equipped with nice and practical cupboards, fridge, microwave oven, two ceramic cooking rings, a dinner service, glassware, pots and pans, etc. The bathroom with shower, electrical water heater and hair dryer. Sun beds and parasols on the terrace.

This very special establishment includes two buildings situated in the tourist resort of Puerto Rico, known world wide for its exceptional good climate.

TerrazaMar SunSuite is lying half way up the hill on the sunny side of the valley of Puerto Rico and is built in terraces in order to allow a splendid panorama-view over the whole area.

The complex is about 300 m. from the shopping centre with an ecumenical church (in construction), medical centers, tourist information office, sports installations and an aqua park near by. 200 m. away you will find a bus stop from where you can go by regular buses to, for instance, Las Palmas (70 km.), the airport of Gran Canaria (50 km.), Maspalomas or charming little villages in the interior of the island.

The famous beach of Puerto Rico is about 1200 m. from the complex, and here you may practice all kinds of water sports or take part in exciting boat excursions.

“ Had a Great Stay, Everything was good, Going back again in June and Sept.

“ Top Tip: It is a little walk from the beach, but a 15 min lovely, Very close to shops & restaurants. Good for Disabled and if in a wheel chair still manageable.
Very near bus stop so can get to see the sights or go to local markets.
Always go to HARLEYS Dancing, Great club/Bar for the evening, Amazing staff.

“ The resort was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Large pool area with plenty of sunbeds so no need to get up too early to get one (even though some people still did), and the balconies get the sun for most of the day.
On site bars, café & shop and reasonably quiet at night.

“ Top Tip: There is a shopping centre within a 4-5 stroll (800 yards approx.) which has numerous shops, bars, cafe's & restaurants which cater for about everybody.
The beach is a 10 minute stroll and there are plenty of other placed to eat & drink.
We would definitely go back around the same time of year.

“ This hotel and staff are very welcoming and friendly the pool and pool bar are
very good and relaxing, we have stayed in this hotel many times and will
continue to book this hotel its our personnel first choice every time.

“ Top Tip: There are lots of bars and restaurants within a two minutes walk, we have many
favorites too many to name, if you've booked to go....enjoy.
