“ Main Restaurant looks out car park and the corridors need some updating but having booked into a three star when we normally go to 4 stars pleasantly surprised . Friendly staff, very clean rooms we stayed on ground floor which backed on to road although very secure there is road noise. But sun out first thing morning for the garden sunlongers out side room and patio. Excellent choice of food and very good quality, you would always find something from the large choice . Pool and garden area very clean and of high standard . Most evening spent outside at the pool bar for outlook as not so keen on the entertainment attached to the restaurant . Lots and lots of sports to be played or activites with plenty of wine, beer, coffee ,soft drink slushy and ice cream all self service. this is in additon to bar service for stronger drinks. NO hair drier . Two adultsand 16 year in large room with curtain separater large walk in wardrobe excellant bathroom clean but needed larger bath for showering om

“ Swimming pool water was cold should be heated, hotel it's based on the hill where is very windy, not recommended for people with kids, nearest beach its around 15 minutes walking down the stairs.

“ We been staying from 28 of November-to 5 December 2011! My birthday was 30 of November! What was a treat!Hotel was very good for old and young and disable,very quiet,sleepy in the evening.Good location with dead end on the road -overlooking to the beach and ocean. Lots of taxi and bus stop next to hotel! Short walk to the beach-but it is walk from and to to the hill,not suitable for people with bad legs!Nice promenade for walk about 2 miles to the sandy Maspalomas dunes along to the ocean,but only negative things for location-because non stop wind blowing -it is the same any time of the year,because of specific location.Its not very comfortable near swimming pool-chilli and windy all the time every day! Animation team-super-don't give you time for rest-invite you for all kind activity! WE had very good evening shows-parrot show,Magic show,Snake show,life music-all old people were dancing!Super!
About food-most of the time the same-salads,chips,fruits,but very testy-we had every day different meat,seafood sup was just delicious (i had some lobsters in my sup) .Plenty of alcohol to drink. Room is spacious-with walking wardrobe,(my dream),good size balcony with table and chairs and washing line,clean everywhere,staff working very hard have to say to make us feel comfortable,garden is look very well after and just can't say anything about this hotel negative! We put lots of wait,I got a beautiful tan,but I think will be great in the summer and early spring! Just one worries that it is no fridge in the room and had't seen any air condition in the room(may be it was hidden very well),but I advise to pick this hotel for holiday -good value for money,good location,lots sings to see around,ocean is great,but you have to pay for sunbeds in the beach-7.50 euros for two! But laying in the sand-its free!
Staff is good,I prefer to go here then to Turkey or Tunisia-never ever now!

“ Top Tip: Lots of shops-Spar next to hotel,Supermarkets around,can buy some still water,newspaper in English!Just walk around area-very safe and clean!
