This hotel really is away from facilities-think it is ideal if you want to live in the same clothes all week and trainers as you need to be mobile to stay here plus you are opne to the elements. We booked a pool side room as we wanted a balcony but did not get it and when we complained we were told it was fully booked which it was not and we would have had to pay more money to get that. Think these rooms are saved for people that book a package. We asked about the buffet dinners but was told there was not enough people so the chef would cook something and you take your chances so we opted out of that. We enquired about the wi fi as we always book a hotel that offers that service but we were given a modem with faulty wiring and we were told there would be one available the next day. When we asked this had been given to someone else so we never got it. You should not offer this if you only have 1 or 2 modems between 50 plus rooms. The area the hotel is situated is a bit unloved. Lots of dog mess and the local restaurants are all expensive and few and far between. The breakfasts were perfectly adequate and the room was large and clean and the beds comfy. The staff were not particularlry helpful or friendly and we felt that the place had no soul. There was a bar but that was never open which when you consider where it is would surely be a selling point. Think it could be really nice but not for us.Think it might be ideal for short stays.

Top Tip: Ask for a kettle at reception

There is a toilet/shower near the spa to wash up before going to the airport

Lovely. Clean Spacious Apartments With Sea View,The Kitchenette Was Very Basic With Only The Two Electric Rings To Cook Anything On, No Michrowave, Toaster Or Kettle Even, Hardly Self Catering In My Opinion,Never Saw The Restuerant Open So Cant Comment On That. The Few Near By Were Very Expensive. The Sun Roof Was Terrific For Sunbathing Although The Loungers And Matresses Could Do With A Good Power Wash. You Need To Be Quite Fit As The Hotel Is On A hill, So Wherever You Go, Its A Good Climb Back, The Bus Stop Is 10 Minutes Walk Away, Where You Can Get To Almost Everwhere.

Top Tip: Had The Best Fillet Steak Ever At The Red Cow Near To The Yumbo Center In Playa De Ingles. Mogan (Little Venice)Is Worth A Look,Especialy Market Day.Had Some Good Pub Food At The Royal Oak In Puerto Rico.

Great

Check-in date:

The hotel is quite modern, but is about a mile from the beach, and the main resort centre. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel had a restaurant serving reasonably priced, 10 euro per person buffet style evening meals, and breakfasts. The room we had was comfortable and clean.

Top Tip: We found one good restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the hotel at the Hotel Rincon.
