Los Angeles Hotel

“ The hotel was nice, but not by far a 4 star hotel. We had a good stay and this is a good summer spot with a nice pool and sitting area/coffee bar. The only criticism would be thin walls so you can hear the neighbor cough and the eggs and bacon for breakfast weren't great, but the rest of the breakfast assortments were good, fresh croissants will always work :)
The parking was 14euros a day, but the hotel receptionist took the car and parked, so we didn't have to worry about the tight parking spaces etc..

“ Top Tip: 15 mins walk to center or to alhambra.

“ A good hotel, but let down by a very average breakfast. Also poor soundproofing made it a bit noisy at night. Disappointed that use of spa not included in price.

“ Top Tip: Lovely area, leafy boulevard and amazing residential properties. Within walking distance to Alhambra, uphill but pleasant approach.
Bustop for bus to coach station just 5 mins walk.

“ Good quality hotel. Very clean. Has an individual style with slightly old-fashioned decor and unique pieces of art - although rooms were recently decorated and high spec. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There is a small bar which also does snacks/lunch.
The pool area is not large but is quite adequate and pleasant to relax in the late afternoon.
There is a restaurant but we did not try it.
We found this a good base from which to explore Granada, although it is a little bit away from the centre - our feeling was that the relaxed atmosphere and pool outweighed the lack of central location.

“ Top Tip: The bus service is very useful and you can buy a card on the bus for 2 Euros (refundable) which can be topped up with credit like an Oyster Card and offers travel at about half the cash rate - you can even use one card for 2 people. There are bus routes fairly close to the hotel going into the centre and to the Alhambra.

“ We stayed here for one night only and I was very happy with the room and the service. All rooms have a balcolny and this adds to the general ambience.

“ Top Tip: No but it is about a 20minute walk to Plaza Neuva and the Albicin area.
