“ It was excellent value for money. The rooms were extremely clean. We had TV plus hot and cold air conditioning. It was very cold outside when we were there but the room was cosy. Good supply of towels - sheets changed every couple of days. The staff were very pleasant. The bar/restaurant downstairs had a very good "meal of the day" at very economical prices as well as an a la carte menu. The breakfast included in our price was very good - coffee or tea, fruit juice, toast with butter and marmalade.There are stunning views of Loja from the rooms.We were very happy with everything.
“ Top Tip: We recommend the Bar Gaviota in Loja. Very small but excellent service and large tapas with every drink - they speak English too.

“ cheap and cheerful, no complaints apart from arriving late and ending up one night in a smelly smoky bedroom, which we did not have on our return visit, not much English spoken here, very authentic rural Spanish scene, good experience.
