“ We were very happy with our stay. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was in a delightful rural setting with stunning views. We enjoyed excellent meals at very reasonable prices. we can recommend the Toray Botanico as a friendly place to spend a few days and offering good value for money.

“ A well above average rural spanish hotel located about 1 km from local centre. Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Evening meal was reasonably priced and good quality. Nice gardens and swimming pool. Mountain views.
“ Top Tip: Nearest town is Orgiva where there is a large choice of bars and places to eat to suit all pockets. Fine dining with ambience can found at El Limonera signed of main street. Also has a good pizzeria on the main street.

“ We went out-of-season, so it's difficult to comment on how it might be when it's busy. But our stay certainly exceeded our expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, well equipped and well serviced, and the location and views from the property are magnificent. Our daughter who lives locally turned up one morning to share our breakfast, and they declined to charge for the meal. So thoughtful. Valentine's Day evening was obviously popular with the locals with a busy dining room, but room was found for us and the food was excellent. Travel Republic found us a price considerably lower than other websites, and we'd certainly stay there again. Brilliant!
“ Top Tip: About half an hour from the nearest beach so hardly a seaside resort, but a large well sited swimming pool is open in season. If the hotel restaurant is not to your liking the bar at 'Camping' just down the road does great food at ridiculous prices - just try the shoulder of lamb!
