The hotel is badly overheated and the sound proofing between rooms is very poor. Breakfast buffet was very good but staff were harrassed and borderline rude at times - slamming coffee pots down and crashing into the back of your chair without apology.
We tried to check into our rooms at 3.30 pm after a very long journey and were told they werent ready - not the best start.
All in all, I dont think the hotel is worth the considerable money it cost. Certain;ly not 4 star.
