“The hotel was much better than expected. The rooms were clean to a good standard. The Staff were very friendly & helpful. We travelled over with my daughter who is staying there for 9 months as part of her university course. When we arrived in Spain the family my daughter was ment to be staying with were not at home. We explained the situation to the hotel staff & they did some phoning around for us. When we couldn't make any contact we were given another room for the 3 of us & told that we can sort out the situation the next day. The following morning we were told contact had been made and there had been a misunderstanding with my daughters arrangements. The receptionist then got in touch with the host family & everything was sorted. The staff were very curteous & helpful all throught out stay. I would definitly go back to stay there.
