Renovated in 2009, this city apartment complex comprises a total of 11 apartments and 24 studios. Guests will find the nearest restaurants just 100 m from the apartments and it is also 100 m to the closest links to the public transport network and 1 km to the historical centre and to Talamanca beach. This property is suitable for those who want to get to know the nightlife of Ibiza, and all the great clubs are just a short ride away by taxi or bus. Ibiza Airport is just 5 km away.The apartments offer 1-bedroom rooms and studios with wonderful views of the harbour and Ibiza castle.
All come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and offer a double bed. They are equipped with satellite/cable TV, a safe and a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary utensils, including a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning units come as standard and all apartments feature either a balcony or terrace.There are sun loungers and parasols available for hire on the sandy beach.Check-in is from 2 pm and guests are required to check out at 12 midday. A change of sheets and towels is included in the price 3 times a week.

Reception staff and senior management VERY RUDE bordering on unwelcoming! On arrival had to wait over an hour and a half to check in even though staff aware we were waiting to check in. Room were not cleaned during our stay there, no clean towels etc- when asking for clean towels staff member replied "where do you think you are staying? The Hilton?'.
I am a regular visitor to Ibiza and go annually, and I won't be staying at these apartments again.
It is unfortunate as apartments are in ideal location, they could be a fab place to stay.

“ We had an excellent stay at El Divino. The people were so friendly, we couldn'y walk past reception and the bar without having a chat and being invited for a drink, really really nice people. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were standard but nice and clean, and great value for money. The apartments were a short walk from Ibiza town, absolutely perfect for going into town, eating and drinking and stumbling home. They are also a short walk from pasha and from the marina which has nice restaurants and bars. It's a really lively area and very trendy, great for young people.
“ Top Tip: In Ibiza town, check out Ispirto, a very low key but cool bar, run by a great cocktail maker. General a very cool place to hang out, sitting outside on the street, on sofas and smoking shisha and drinking great drinks.

“ Top Tip: Everything was a 10 or 15 minute walk but this was fine. The apartment itself however was joined to a hotel and bar which were also worth visiting
