Also has two bars; one in the pool area with snacks and another one located in the lobby offering various cocktails. It also has a large pool and a children's pool surrounded by gardens and overlooking the beach.Algarb Ibiza Hotel reception is staffed 24 hours. “ Excellent hotel when we arrived at 11.00am room was ready which was very clean food was ok there was a choice for everyone so even the pickiest wouldnt go hungry staff friendly had to que a bit for the drinks but wasnt waiting long would def go back we were in a group of girls but this hotel would be ok for families

“ Stayed here in Oct 11, returned in May this year, have to say, food was much better 1st time. Found it to be very repetitive and not always hot enough. Having said that what was available was always nice, could just have done with being warmer.was pleased to find you are now allowed 3 tiny plastic cups at the bar now and not just 2. Bar staff slightly more friendlier but not by much. The hotel did seem to have a variety of age groups staying while we were there, I did find it to be noisey at night with the younger people coming in late and we are by no means old but do like a wee bit peace on holiday. All in all a good hotel!
“ Top Tip: Playa d,en bossa is not the resort it was 15 years ago, so if your looking for lots of shops and bars, you may be disappointed. Compared to lanzarote etc it is also quite expensive for food and drinks if you fancy a night away from your hotel. There are very few nice restaurants and the ones there were charge 21 euros for a steak with chips etc costing extra. Better to head into ibiza town harbour area. Also worth a visit is the cathedral, but be warned its a killer hill to get to it but it is truly beautiful

“ I submitted an excellent revew for this hotel in April. Still v good indeed, but a slight change of opinion as it 'came into the season' in mid-May. Two of the reception staff kept me and another guest waiting for 20 minutes whilst they tried to sort out an incoming guest. It was a simple job, but they made a 'heavy meal' of it. Not v impressive to people standing waiting. Also, as it is chiefly an all inclusive hotel, you can be kept waiting for a v long time trying to get drinks at the bar if you are just bed & breakfast like us. However, it still has a fabulous sea view, is on the beach and is a cut above many Spanish hotels that we have been to. It helped that the weather was 32 deg too! Breakfast good and plentiful. We will go there again.
