“ Great budget hotel on the beach. Friendly staff, reasonably good foodin restaurant, breakfast best. Really good that there is a beach bar also serving food. Entertainment not great. Great place for a weeks holiday but may get bored for two weeks . Not much to do in Portinatx, just a few bars & restaurants but good place for a relaxing break. Rooms are very big with nice size balconies all of which have both sea & pool view. Would certainly recommend for a weeks break. Nice hotel in beautiful location .

“ Hotel was clean we had the top flat with roof terrace overlooking the sea which was excellent. Staff all very friendly bar one. Very smelly man at the pool bar on days and very unpleasant but he was the exception! Overall good for the money paid. Rooms clean!

This is mainly an all inclusive budget hotel for families. If that is your requirement its good. I was on room only without any kids and found it a bit much. The location for families was very good with an extension of the all inclusive onto a small beach 50 yards from the main hotel. The pools were good and clean but noisy and full of children.
The hotel is not new and is a bit rough in places, the door lock would not operate, the handyman quickly sent up from reception demonstrated I was not wiggling the key enough while twisting the handle.
On arrival there were no plates or cutlery etc. The efficient reception sent the handyman back up with two plates, a set of knifes and forks but no cups. As we intended to self cater the cooker needed wiring in, the handyman did this by unplugging the fridge, pushing the wires into the socket and pushing the fridge plug over them.
Car parking was a problem, rough bumpy ground in a small woods next to the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay, good value, good location etc but there are better hotels.
