All apartments share a reception that is located at the Bon Sol II building. Built in 2011, there are a total of 27 studios at this air-conditioned apartment hotel. Facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out services as well as a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. There are also two restaurants and a cafe/bar. Guests also have lift access to the upper floors, wired and wireless Internet access as well as room service at their disposal.The apartments are located just 150 metres from Playa den Bossa, 1 km from Aguamar Waterpark and 3 km from Ibiza Town. There are numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs nearby. Links to the public transport are about a 5-minute walk away. Ibiza Airport is about 4 km away.All apartment have a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a double room with a double bed or 2 single beds, an en suite bathroom with all facilities including a shower, bath and hairdryer, as well as an American-style kitchen with bar, fridge and microwave. Further in-room amenities include a satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe and a large balcony. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.There is daily evening entertainment in the cafe in the Bon Sol II building. The hotel offers squash, tennis and a sauna (for an extra charge) 150 metres away on the same street. Guests can also take a refreshing dip in one of the three swimming pools with children's swimming area and poolside snack bar. There is also a solarium and guests can go surfing or play paddle tennis or minigolf (all for additional fees). Sun loungers with parasols are laid out on the nearby sandy beach (for a fee).

I was a little dubious when my girlfriend booked the hotel, we were coming out for my birthday so we were planning to be out most the time and a bed was all we needed so I didn't mind what we booked.
On arrival the hotel very nice, it was set back from the main strip away from loud bars and clubs so there was no chance of any noise, we were shown to our room (there was a lift to take the luggage up which is a relief) and wow, immaculate and as it was built this year it was brand new! The bathroom was lovely and well finished with a good hairdryer not the rubbish one's you usually get in hotels. The kitchen had everything, pots, pans, clean glasses, full cutlery and even a tea towel which new and clean. The beds were comfy, single and pushed together but suitable and cleaned every day without fail.
The restaurant food was amazing, €10 euro's for a set lunch menu, 3 courses with a drink and €15 for a set 3 course evening menu, all of which was divine so we ate here about 4 times in the week. One lunch we tried other food from the menu and that was good too. €2.50 for a glass of wine, you can't go wrong.
The pool and small pool were clean (everything was, it was brand new) and the sunbeds were nice and comfy, not plastic cheap one's. When you walk out you are next to Sankey's nightclub and some bars, which you can't hear from the apartments. Roughly a 5 minute walk from the BoraBora beach and prob about 12 minutes from Space and Ushuaia, everything is a nice walk away.
It was an apartment well worth every penny and we will certainly be going back, we enjoyed staying here, nice and quiet yet near everything, the pictures don't do this place the justice it deserves. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now we have discovered this gem, I just hope the prices don't go up as it get discovered.
