“ Very enjoyable family holiday. Children thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. The entertainment team worked hard to make your holiday fun packed day and night. The hotel is a little isolated although there is a beach nearby. The location suited us as there was lots to do on site or equally you could just relax and enjoy the sunshine. Food was nice also.

Excellent staff, excellent layout of hotel apartments, the grounds were lovely. A very nice relaxing holiday.
Hotel is quite remote and had to pay for taxis to get out and about. There is a bus service from right outside but only 3 buses a day to St Eulalia, although for one euro 55 it is a good choice compared to a taxi of probably seventeen euros!
So if you are looking to stay and take advantage of the all inclusive package and not venture too far it is a good hotel.
There is always something to eat. Can be a bit samey as is on all inclusive but all edible. There is lots of fish choices and beautifully cooked.
“ Top Tip: The local beach is a 5 minute walk away very clean with a beach bar for refreshments

The hotel was remote to say the least, food was poor and the bar area was appalling.
The flights and the airport were fine. Upon collecting our luggage the instructions on our transfer documents quite clearly state –
“Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying 2btransfers.com”
What a joke that is?
So we presumed that as normal there would be someone outside the arrivals hall with a board displaying the above text, how wrong could we be- after walking up and down the hall for 10 mins with an 18month old child in tow. We were stopped by another company asking if they could help. They directed us to a un-sign-posted hut with a very grumpy looking man sat behind; he asked for my voucher and said bus 53.
Bus 53? I was supposed to know were this was parked? We made our way outside and had to again walk up and down and look for this bus. No assistance from the gentleman behind the desk at all.
When booking this trip we were told that the transfer was only 25 minutes away, try 1 hour on a cramped bus. Already I had the feeling that this wasn't going to be the most enjoyable of trips, but for my families sake I was determined to approach our resort with an open mind.
Upon arrival our initial impressions were good, the sun was shining and apart from being in what seemed like a remote location I thought, things aren't that bad.
We were greeted by a deserted reception area and made to wait 10 minutes until someone finally appeared. We were given a map, which the receptionist drew on and basically let us fend for ourselves.
We found our room after carrying our pushchair and luggage un assisted down a flight of stairs. Our room was basic but at least it was clean, the garden outside however was overgrown and very unwelcoming looking.
We dumped our luggage and headed for the pool, the pool is this properties best feature. That is if you lie to be pestered by wasps and flies all day long. How the bar staff work in the conditions is beyond me there are swarms of wasps flying around the bar all day.
Now to my biggest disappointment the food - the first morning the breakfast was particularly bad with the cooked breakfast items swimming in what looked like congealed fat and because of the rain water that had fallen previously, water was dripping through the roof and splashing onto the food.
Most of the time there was just very random trays of cold dishes that you could tell was breakfast or dinner recycled and put with some rice, veg, salad etc. Nothing seemed to go together and the food was only just luke warm. The service in the restaurant was poor, the staff looked miserable most of the time, you were not seated at a table and often found yourself just wandering round the restaurant aimlessly waiting for a table to become free.
We made the best of what we had most days and lived of chips and toast. However the final straw in our stay occurred on the final night when we arrived into the restaurant at 8pm only to be told by the waiter that there want much left. We had a look around and there were no chips, 1 vat of some sort of meat and 1 bowl of salad. I asked the waiter why there was nothing left, he replied we were late. We still had over an hour of dining time left. This was the final straw. We walked to the local pizzeria and spent 31 Euros on pizza. suppose we wont get this refunded?
I am glad to say that our disastrous stay was brought to an end when we were transferred in a run down mini bus to the Hotel Miami. which was a lovely hotel with excellent food and close to local bars and resteraunts.
i must say that the service i received before i went on this holiday from your customer service team were excellent. i would not reccomend this resort to anyone.
“ Top Tip: 1 pizza place 10 mins walk away - just to escape the flies

Your service as an agent was excellent.
Hotel bad bits: I specifically requested a ground floor room (they are only 3 floor apartments so not much to ask) as my wife is literally terrified of heights & we have a baby & pushchair - i even requested it in Spanish as well. We were put on the top floor at first - Room had a big hole in the roof & water pouring in - we were quickly switched to another room - 2nd floor - asked about pram & wifes fear of heights - Receptionist didnt care & wouldnt help. lots of stairs at this hotel to get access to bars, restaurants etc - not recommended for people with push chairs etc or very young children - you spend half your week lifting the pushchairs up & down stairs to get anywhere! Also the beach is inaccessible by push chair - steep cliff side steps. Little sign of ramps at the hotel anywhere! Highchairs in restaurant are dangerous, straps broken or missing, trays on front very dodgey fixings - told waiters potentially dangerous - very dismissive & couldnt care. There were never enough chairs & tables to sit at in the cafe, entertainment bar etc. these were often littered with used cups, glasses & rubbish etc - bar staff seemed a bit short handed ith little time to clear up - just a mess - this was end Sept, beginning of Oct - whats it like in July/Aug - maybe more staff!? Large party of people obvuiosuly friends & family blind drunk every night & day & every night & day they ended up in a row or literally a fight, sometimes below our appartment - asked reception of they could do anythig about it. said they would have a word - nothing changed & we never saw them intervening at anytime. This was sometimes upto 5 to 10 drunks having it large outside & a puch up & screaming match at various hours through the night. Not just loud people having a giggle after a few beers at midnight.
Hotel Average bits: food was okay - this is a 2/3 star hotel & the food was really okay.
Enterntainment -fair to middling for young kids - non existent for adults - This was pretty poor stuff - few locals taken 10 minutes to throw together a combination of music & bad dancing & larking about - the more i think about it, the more it seems bad.
T.V - packed up in the room after 2 days - told reception - said they would sort it - never happened! Not overly bothered, but handy back up for poor evening entertainment & keeeping a 1 year old quiet for 5 minutes!
God bits: Beach is lovely, sunbeds a bit expensive - but you dont have to use them. This beach is the highlight of the place, if a little steep climb up & down. Apartments were good - decent size, well furnished, decent air-con.
overall about below average compared to other 2/3 stars ive booked, shame hotel has potential to be very good as great location & good apartments & food decent, just need to tighten up on access, child safety, customer service a little & shame a few rowdy p-heads spoil it for everyone - but this was a 5 day trip for us costing £600 - so not expensive but not cheap either - you kind of get what you pay for, but i suppose i was lucky in the past having spent similar & got much better.
“ Top Tip: Local beach is great - most redeeming feature - but not easy access for the old, infirm, real youngsters or pushchairs

“ Very poor hotel. Our aircon didnt work. there was large amounts of dog mess outside our room. poorly lit at night and the stage for the kids disco was dangerous. It was like a feeding frenzy at the one and only meal time we saw (we checked out 2 hours after arriving - it was that bad). never ever again
“ Top Tip: do not go to this hotel
