“ The Aparthotel is suitable for older people provided they get a ground/lower floor Apartment, otherwise there could be a lot of steps

“ We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at the appartments, the staff were very freindly and helpful, the quality of the accommodation is fairly reflected by the price, and the location is awesome!

The rooms are basic and sparsly furnished, as per the photo's advertised on the website, but perfectly adequate for the price, as long as you have no 'luxury' expectations.

The room was clean on arrival and serviced most days with clean towels, the beds made up and bins emptied. There were ants in the room, but not enough to be bothered by unless food packaging etc was left out by mistake.

The water supply is heavily softened and not suitable for drinking, the shower pressure was excellent, however the temperature was difficult to control, fluctuating constantly.

The pool area was well maintained and cleaned daily during our stay, and there was adequate poolside furniture available for the guests during our stay and was in good condition.

Bar service was excellent, prices were very resonable in comparison to the other bars & restaurants in the bay. The menu looked good, with a changing choice of daily specials at very reasonable prices, however, we did eat there.

“ Top Tip: The bay is very secluded, with only six / seven cafes & restaurants so choice is limited and prices much higher than other resorts on the island.

Our favorite restaurant was Le Crique on the opposite side of the bay from the appartments, beautiful food and excellent hostess service.

Also recommended is Cana Sofia for delicious traditional tapas, high end price wise but well worth it!.

Our only dissappointment was Restaurant Maria Louisa - Very high in price and very low in quality.

There is another supermarket again on the far side of the bay from the appartments which is better stocked and much cheaper than the one in the appartments. There is a large supermarket, just round the corner from the bus stop in Ibiza town, which is cheaper again and convenient to bring back shopping via the bus.

The bus service is easy and cheap! The stop is right outside the appartment and the journey into Ibiza town is approx 40 mins. The return stop is less obvious as there are two ticket offices on the same road of the drop off, but the ticket office staff are helpful! Note - going into town you buy the ticket on the bus, going back, you must buy the ticket from the office

“ Can't tick any of these as we were not at all happy with the hotel and it was not clean. Certainly will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

“ We have been back to this hotel several times and have enjoyed every holiday. It is basic - yes but also has everything you need. It is clean quiet safe and friendly, the hotel manager has always welcomed us warmly and always asks if our room is ok , we were disappointed to see he was not there this time and enquired after him with the friendly barman. We had a 2nd floor room this time which was big and airy and the maids came everyday to deliver fresh towels,and every day but one to clean and make the beds. The comfy sunbeds and round beds with a canopy for shade make a nice addition to the pool area. We will be returning next year.

“ Top Tip: The cafe bar Zocollos (think that how you spell it) is friendly and serves good basic food and the best sangria on Ibiza.
