Built in Mediterranean style, the grounds of the 325 bungalows, mostly just a ground floor or with one storey, are dominated by old pine trees. The facilities include, in the central building, a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lifts and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a boutique, a supermarket, a TV lounge, an auditorium, a cafe and a total of 2 air-conditioned restaurants (e la carte and buffet). The complex also features a playground for younger guests. In addition, there is Internet access and bicycle rental available to hotel guests.This bungalow complex is located in a 110,000 me garden, in a particularly scenic landscape.
The premises are on a slight incline towards the south, to Migjorn Beach. Each bungalow is just a few minutes from the beach (between 100 to 400 m). With a regular bus service (a bus stop is located on site) guests will easily reach the surrounding towns of San Fernando, San Francisco and Es Pujols. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity, around 300 m away.The functional and spacious bungalows each come equipped with integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge and some also include a balcony or terrace. Additional fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a ceiling fan.
The rooms are cleaned after they have been vacated by the guests.A large saltwater swimming pool is located near the beach with a poolside bar, separate children's paddling area and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (on the beach for an added fee). The 2nd pool with freshwater lies in the pinewood above the residences, near the auditorium, which offers a varied evening entertainment programme. On the beach, guests will also find various water sports activities, such as surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, catamaran sailing and canoeing, most of which incur an additional fee. In addition, there is the opportunity to play tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, bocce or minigolf as well as learn archery. The daily entertainment programme for all ages (including a kids club) changes regularly and offers broad sports activities (gym or aqua aerobics) and games.The accommodation does not include air conditioning.

Excellent location on one of the best beaches ,fab pool and sunbathing areas,rooms are basic however very clean.No oven but microwave and fridge.
Most important very hearty all you can eat breakfast.excellent value for money.

Huge complex with apartments spread out amongst loads of trees and winding paths. Really lovely layout and very clean and nicely kept. Fan in the room was pretty noisy which didn't help being a bad sleeper but beds were ok, though small! Large pool with decking area over looking the sea. Can walk straight on to the beach which does capture the wind but is nice to relax on.
Big selection of food for breakie but they do clear it away very quickly towards the end so make sure you're down in plenty of time!
Hotel has free bikes which were great to get around the island on and discover remote beaches but it is on the other side of the island and taxi's are fairly expensive to get anywhere including the port to get the ferry. However there is a bus which stops right outside and also takes you into the main town which is where all the restuarants are.
The island is definitely more suitable for families and couples when staying as I travelled with a friend in our late 20's, but would recommend the hotel as it accommodates for all and has plenty of activities and entertainment.

“ The hotel was clean and the buffet breakfast was very good. The rooms however were rather dated aka 1970's decor and in need of Air conditioning.
