Playa Real lies directly on the beach of Talamanca in a very peaceful area only 3km away from Ibiza town, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs.

All rooms have a balcony, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone, safe (extra charge), air conditioning, fridge, hair dryer, satellite television, and most of them have sea view.
Please note that self-catering rooms only have got fridge.

There is a TV room, a large garden area with an enormous pool with sun decks and sun beds. Sport and leisure facilities offer playground and playroom for children, archery, petanque, billiards, shuffleboard, squash, table tennis, volleyball and water sports. Also daytime and evening animation, as well as childrens club are organized.

The hotel is directly on the beach, 10 km to the airport (IBZ), 3 km to centre of Ibiza. Regular public-bus to Ibiza, with charge and regular boat-transport to Ibiza, with charge are available.

This was a fairly quiet resort on the beach although we went in May, slightly before the holiday season. Beautiful location with characteristic restaurants on the beachfront a few yards away. Popular also with the locals.
It's a buffet style restaurant and as vegetarians the hotel obliged to provide dishes suitable for us once we requested it. It could get a little repetitive but was always freshly prepared.
Rooms were basic but we booked a seaview which also looked over the pool. Not much in the way of evening entertainment but it's very easy to get to Ibiza town on foot, taxi or by boat from the marina. Twenty somethings will find themselves heading into Playa d'en bossa where there are well known clubs such as Space and Bora Bora.

Top Tip:
There was a lovely bar/restaurant called Sa Punta which was always busy and full of atmosphere.
A return from Talamanca marina to Ibiza town by boat was every 15mins and only 3.60 euros.

“ we found the food to be very disappointing, very little variety, and most of the food was only served warm. Having said that, the food was tasty, and well cooked. Being asked to participate in 'entertainment' was not my cup of tea. I was on holiday to relax, not to dance and exercise all the time., although Carlos was charming!

We had a lovely time at the Playa Real The Talamanca, the staff was very nice and the food met our expectations as we like meditarrenean food and there was lots of choice as healthy food. I can say and i could have seen it in their face that English people do not like that type of food as they get on well with english food (fish and chips, bacon and sausage) food that i prefer not to eat. The room had a nice view but it was in need of rennovation but for the price we paid for all inclusive we cannot complain. We loved the little cats hanging around the hotel , they entertained all the hotel guests by the pool and out in the garden area.
It was a shame that the weather was not good but we would defenely return during the summer time.
