We found the hotel very good and accomodating. We needed an adjoining room but hadn't booked one and they found us one with no fuss. Missed tea and coffee making facilities in room but enjoyed the 'all inclusive' bonuses of the hotel. Would go again and recommend to friends. All staff very friendly. Thank you for a nice stay.

Top Tip: Didn't need any other restaurants or entertainment.

The hotel was nice enough. The rooms were clean and the shower good. It is in a nice position right on the beach. The evening entertainment was ok but nothing spectacular. One night they played bingo which took an ages as it was donw in 3 languages. The swimming pool was too cold to go into although it was nearly November, the sea was warmer.
The food in the hotel was not brilliant, though I think this may be due to it being the end of the season. It seemed as though they were just using up what they had left. I also think that the problem with the food was that there was nothing Spanish about it. We were looking forward to trying different Spanish dishes and the only thing I recall was a paella. It seemed as though they were trying to give the english their version of english food which is a shame. We can eat english food in England.
We luckily hired a car, had we not, we would have been bored stiff. We had our 3 and 9 year old girls with us and there was very little for them to do during the day. However, we would not have just sat around a pool every day when there is such a beautiful island to see.

Top Tip: Calla Tarida beach is stunning especially if it's a bit windy and the waves are crashing in. We had to save some Germans from drowning though as their is a rip tide so becareful.
Calla Comte is a fantastic place to see the sunset.I must warn people though that when you click on hire a car for £70 and it says including insurance etc, you will be ripped off when you go to pick it up. Our car was with Goldcar Rental and when we went to collect it we were told that we had to pay for a tank of petrol at 80 euros. The car was a Citroen C3 Piccasso. There was no way on earth that a tank of petrol is 80 euros and no way that you could use it up in a week. It used to be that you took the car back full but now they say you pay up front for a full tank and bring it back empty. We must have seen most of the island at least twice and still had nearly half a tank left so Goldcar made 40 euros as they charge the next customer for a full tank at 80 euros. We were asked if we wanted to take out extra insurance and told that the one included in the original price was only third party and with this you have to put a £600 deposit on your credit card in case of any damage. This could run into thousands if you are at fault. Should you choose to go down this route I would suggest you take lots of photos of the car before you drive off. Our car had lots of dents and scrapes on it and we asked them to take note of them before we drove off. They said that it doesn't matter as we had taken the extra insurance so we could bring it back in whatever condition.
We did not damage the car in any way but we did joke about buying a hammer to smash it up a bit to get our moneys worth from the extra insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been advised that all of the hire companies in spain have followed way of hiring out the cars. (its like the airlines, seems cheap but then there are all the add ons) I would price the above in to the cost of hiring a car as it is worth seeing the island for £240 extra.

Travelled in October at the end of the season. The hotel was quite good with a good variety and quality of food in the restaurant. Drinks available all day and into the evening without too much queuing but no waiter service. Also no snacks available at anytime outside of the restaurant hours. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were friendly and helpful. We weren't keen on the entertainment but the young children seemed to enjoy it. Not many places still open in the town which is quite small. Nice ice cream bar and one pub showing British tv shows but most others closed. Probably won't go there again much prefer Cala Llonga but it might be nice for an older couple just wanting to relax. Lovely sea view from the room.
