The Sirenis Hotel Club Aura **** is in a superb location on the seafront, just 150 metres from the Port des Torrent beach. The hotel is within easy reach of nearby San Jose and 20 km. from Ibiza town. It opened its doors in the summer of 1999. The complex has been designed in the style of a small village, with groups of lowrise buildings situated amongst extensive gardens. As a result, there’s a warm, Mediterranean feel to the hotel. The quality of services and facilities has been awarded year after year with the “Q” Certificate for Quality from the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute and the Environmental Management System Certification UNE – EN ISO 14001:2004

The Sirenis Aquagames park will cover an area of 4.500 square metres and will have the following services and features:
- 9 metre high tower with 1 open toboggan and 1 water tube and 12 metre high tower with water tube, 1 open toboggan, kamikaze and free fall twister.
- Aquaracer: 4 lane speed slides.
- Themed Caribbean Pirates children’s area for 4-10yr olds with 10 children’s water slides and 4 splash barrels.
- Children’s area for 4-11 yr olds with water jets and sprinklers.
- Children’s swimming pool for 2-4 yr olds with animal statues and water sprinkler.

“ on arrival staff 3.00am in the morning checked in hotel not shown to room,not even a bottle of water to drink on arrival. Most of the food is typically British along with most of the people unfortunately, most of the food was always cold not heated on buffet. We went all inclusive last few nights no red wine. Air conditioning didnot work in room,toilet leaked. Very disappointing stay here having read previous reviews would not go back again. Rooms were clean and staff helpful,entertainment poor.

We have stayed at the adjoining Sirenis Sea View in the past and were very satisfied with the standard of all aspects of the hotel.
Our suite at the Sirenis Auris was of a good size, clean and well equipped if a little dated. The maid service was friendly and efficient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
On the negative side the dining room was lacking any style and the quality of the food was poor, it felt as though corners were having to be cut. There were not enough staff in the restaurant and our plates were rarely cleared between courses. The morale of the staff was poor, one waiter talked to us about the hotel's early closure this year due to lack of custom.
The bar was poorly staffed and our chosen drinks were often unavailable.
“ Top Tip: If you enjoy walking and have reasonably sturdy footwear there is a well defined cliff path to Cala Bassa, (the most beautiful beach) with stunning views along the way. It takes about 1hour to walk here from the hotel or you can catch a boat from Port de Torrent beach.

“ Excellent stay, rooms were larger than we expected, with a separate lounge to your bedroom. Staff were very obliging, nothing too much trouble for them, always smiling. Complex was in beautiful grounds, never seen so many palm trees on one complex before. Was nice to go to a hotel where music was not boom, boom all day long. Entertainment was ok. Food was buffet style, plenty of choice, with snacks at bar in the day time. The only down fall in my opinion to the hotel, is that there is not enough staff on at the bar in the evenings, the staff work really hard, and maybe they should try and have some sort of queing system, as this was really a big bug bear, where people where pushing in front of you, which at times was not pleasant. Overall opinion, excellent hotel complex.
