We were very happy here, our room was right above swimming pool, with view on the beach also. I was very happy about it! Air conditioning was working, cleaning in the room every day, very nice members of staff. The only thing was, I felt so sorry for some of them, as it wasn't enough of them, so they were very, very busy, running around so everything was done. I don't think it's fair on them, so if they don't cut on nr. waitresses it would be great. Food was delicious, we were on half board, which was enough for us, we just had to pay 2 euros at each dinner for drinks, which was a bit silly I think. And also, there's no free internet :-(
Area was brilliant, nice beach, quiet, calm and I can say, this was the best holiday yet! I would definitely go back ;-)
“
Top Tip:
nice little caves in the sea, if you want sangria, the one in hotel is not good at all, go to the bar opposite hotel, next to the Chinese, I think it's called Zulu
rent car or scooter and go around the island, it's cheaper than booking trip on the reception, especially trip to Formentera is ridiculously expensive! Get bus to Ibiza, or drive there on scooter, on Playa den Bossa there's fast boat which will take you there for 20 eur return.
Cheaper tickets for clubs - come very early and in front of any bar there are guys selling tickets from 25 eur! on door it's 45! Drinks in club - very expensive, drink before you enter ;-)

Location was great, right next to the smaller of the two bays and was a 3 minute walk to the larger bay, where in both bays parasols and sunbeds were rentable
Food was very good, and plenty of it, cooks would be cooking the food for the meal and would give you meats, fish, eggs etc straight from the grill - very nice.
Rooms - or the one we stayed in 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 11), was basic but clean, however we didn't spend much time there and it was air-conditioned.
Pools were on the small side, but we're OK unless people put too many inflatables in them, then they became unusable.
There was a great vista for sunset that was about a 10 minute walk away by the watchtower to the west where 20-30 people would gather each evening - very nice before dinner.
Only downside was some of the cocktails were pre-made and were not nice - pina colada was one - but the spirits etc with a mixer were fine.
Staff were friendly, never really saw the entertainment as we were out and about, but from what I did see, they were an enthusiastic bunch.
There seems to be 3 parts to the hotel, the reception in one building with studio apartments, then another building which down a slope, past 2 of the pools, with rooms and the restaurant in the basement, then a third building across a service road (very quiet) which had steps down to the beach - this had the main pool and bar. This makes it slightly disjointed but once you know that, its fine but wasn't made clear when we arrived.

“ We found the hotel to be clean, hotel staff very friendly, excellent location on the beach. Food was very good, good variety, they could have done with the coffee machine being on at lunch times in the restaurant as always a big queue in bar after for coffee. Lots of italians in the hotel, english the minority which we did not mind. Could have been a bigger selection of entertainment in the evenings but would recommend this hotel to others. Nice quiet family resort & very safe.
“ Top Tip: We used to wonder to the other hotels El Greco & the Presidente for a change

“ The hotel is full of German's and Spanish from Mainland Spain. The reps speak Spanish and interact with Spanish and German people, they do not interact with British people. Breakfast is the same everyday but there is variety, however too much pork is served at breakfast. Dinner is pleasant with variety, there is always fish, however too much pork os served. The hotel is no place for disabled people because it is on a hilly resort. The resort is beautiful, very quiet but does not have much in the way of entertainment.
“ Top Tip: You can watch the sun set from the top of the resort. Walk to the location where the busses pick up into town, turn right and walk down a steep hill. It takes you to a separate part of the beach where you are able to see the sun set. It is beautiful.
