“ Hotel was good ,nice and clean, rooms cleaned daily and towels changed also.Pool areas are good with plenty of sun loungers.Food wasn't too bad always something to eat.Bar service wasn't the best and the male staff weren't very friendly.Annimacion team worked really hard to entertain with four or five things to do every day.
“ Top Tip: The beach is small but really nice, take your air bed down as the sun loungers cost seven euro's a day and the man who collects the money should wear a mask and stripped jumper and carry a bag with swag written on it !!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was 15 minutes away from San Antonio, which was perfect as we are a young couple; 21, 22. The bus was easy to find, the hotel provided a bus timetable and were very helpful. A taxi from the hotel was more pleasant, which cost around 10-12 euros.
The room was nice, small and basic but very clean. The maids came in every day and left our room looking lovely!
The pool area was very nice. Very relaxing and the pool was perfect for having breaks in between topping up our tans.
The reps were always egging us to do some activity so there was always something to do. The entertainment in the evening wasn't really our thing, we'd much rather party or relaxing in a cool bar. The only bad thing was that the chill out bar with all the sofas and cushions wasn't there, it seems that it has been closed for some reason!
The food was average. Occassionally they would have something exciting like mussels, but the rest of it was pretty much the same throughout the week. Pasta, pork chops, salad, chips, various strange salads etc, and plenty of desserts, but not all of them tasted as good as they looked. We were glad to be able to go for an evening meal in San Antonio and Ibiza town about three nights out of the seven. It did the job of feeding us though! The all inclusive bar was very good. The waiters were very friendly and we couldn't complain on the amount of alcohol to mixer! Also, they had a cocktail of the day which was very exciting to try!
The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk and it was very pretty! Also a few nice restaurants/bars on the beach front.
Overall, it was a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and we didn't have any major complaints. We would definitely recommend it.
“ Top Tip: Close by to San Antonio and located in a quiet little town so it wasn't too hectic! A supermarket and some souvenir shops were across the road so it made our lives easier! Ibiza town is worth a visit, it is 2 buses a way but it was very pretty. Also if you're a party animal, the big clubs in Ibiza are amazing!

I have stayed at several Barcelo hotels and have always been impressed, but this hotel was not up to scratch. There was no hairdryer in the room, and beach towels were not provided; the food selection was average; the shower was a nightmare to get to a decent temperature; but the worst thing about the hotel was that it was near impossible to get a taxi on a night out, particularly because the evening reception staff on several nights pretty much refused to even call one for us. Getting a taxi was an ordeal. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world where they have been so unhelpful in this regard, and can only assume it was because we wanted to leave when the all inclusive alcoholic drinks finished and they wanted us to stay and spend our money in the hotel.
This hotel is fine for a quiet holiday if you are older or have children and are not planning on venturing very far from the hotel; but I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for something a bit livelier because you will go insane with boredom. We are not massive ravers or anything but just wanted something a bit livelier! Use the pool by the Sports Club; it is quieter; has a bar where you get served very quickly; and there are plenty of sunbeds, which are much comfier than the cheap plastic ones at the main pool. They also do afternoon cakes at this pool - the macaroons were beautiful! But not enough to make me stay again.
“
Top Tip:
Book a taxi for your night out as far in advance as possible; otherwise the bus stop is just round the corner and is very cheap but only runs every hour to san antonio.
As above, use the pool by the Sports Club, its better.

Great value hotel with lots to do. The facilities and accommodation were spotless.
Friendly, accommodating staff. The food was also good with lots to choose from. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
“ Top Tip: An Italian restaurant about a 15 minute walk from the hotel - it was recommended by the receptionist.

“ This hotel is great for everyone - it is very clean, the staff are great. Port Des Torrent is a quiet resort, but you can get the bus to San Antonio or the Bay and this take about 10 minutes. The rooms at the hotel are basic, but clean. The food is ok for all inclusive.
“ Top Tip: Es Verot the pizza resaurant on Port Des Torrent beach is great!
